If you're ever experiencing paranormal stuff, just whip out your phone and it will all go away
Underrated comment.
Yes, I can confirm this to get rid of evil spirits in my room I pull out my phone and play Never Gonna Give You Up. It works every time!
Just start beating it
That reminds me of my cat! My neighbours were always telling me he said “hello” to them, but he’d never do it when I tried to film him!
I caught him doing it a few times, but the moment I got my phone out, he’d pack it in! Kinda like that singing frog in the old cartoon…Michigan J. Frog was his name! If you haven’t seen it you should check it out, it’s hilarious 😂!
CAP
How many mugs and ashtrays did these people own? And after the third or fourth glass break, why wouldn't you clear the apartment of glass objects?
So sad. Ernie seemed like a nice, sweet kid who developed into a great man, despite all the obstacles he faced.
Oh poltergeists are real folks. I remember in 2019 I was in the grocery store and toilet paper was flying off the shelves
🤣
So much panic! Ahh the big bad virus is coming to get us!! Run!!!
can confirm, i was the shelf, it was very very spooky, 0/10 wouldnt recommend, i didnt get any toilet paper at all :(
@@hsthatzo8063 That big bad virus killed over a million American citizens, stable genius.
Which drug you take?
I've seen poltergeist activity first hand. I lived in this one apartment for 2 years, and there was 5 different instances of things breaking in front of me, and a handful of things my ex witnessed when I wasn't there. There were so few instances with so much time between them that I didn't even consider my house haunted. Those times it did happen were creepy though. Never experienced that before or after living there.
i don’t know about poltergeist but i have been in houses where doors randomaly lock and close and where you enter a room you get a heavy feeling where it gets hard to breathe dont know what it is but it’s weird i have always been sensitive to “paranormal” even though i don’t really believe in it i have had weird experiences that don’t really make sense
You have not seen poltergiest activity first hand. Nobody has.
@Benji well when I see a huge antique mixing bowl throw itself off a counter it's pretty convincing. I loved that bowl. It was Cinderella blue Pyrex.
…I have this wooden bookshelf that my Grandpa made, and one of my Horror books (I think it was The Shining) flew directly off the shelf and across the room in front of me. I was also pushed by an unseen force while riding a scooter and on the ground.
I recommend the documentary alien intrusion, on my profile you can see a trailer of it and other stuff.
May God bless you.

The part where they didnt want to be institutionalized bc they were a low income black family is so heartbreaking.
Was that actually their thinking, or is that just what Infographics told you to think..?
It is, if it really happened, and wasn't just propaganda, designed to elicit exactly that response. Anyway, isn't it great we've come so far as to not have to worry about something like that in today's world? Black people can now become the president, or a billionaire. What a great time to be alive!

When an infant wishes deep down for things to be very different, entities line up to 'grant his wish' and misuse the inner prayers of a child to wreck havoc on the living. As he grew up, his emotions matured also, to the point where he met the lady who could make his dreams come true. So when the demon visited Ernie in his sleep for the last time, he must have answered something like ' l already found someone to make my wishes turn real' , meaning his girl, thereby removing all clearence from the apparitions to act in this life.
Honestly, I hope ghosts exist, even though science says otherwise. Because that would be straight proof that an afterlife exists as well. I always believe in science, but that doesn't mean I can't hope it's wrong once in a while.
i hope things like this exists as well..its more interesting to know there are more things to learn ...i think
Search veridical NDEs. There is evidence that an afterlife exists.
I've never understood anyone's hope for an afterlife.. Like, who would want to just consciously exist for ETERNITY?... Even if it WAS like the, "paradise," that religions describe, it would still become UNBEARABLE after a couple hundred to a few thousand years-let alone FOREVER.. Although, I DID like the solution they came up with for that on The Good Place.

It was just a crackhead.
Between two unlikely things, I'd say it was telekinesis as opposed to a poltergeist.

I'd say it was fiction.

I love this channel!!! ❤️
All we need is one confirmed poltergeist to know they are real and how little we know about other dimensions (for lack of a better word). Also, Ernie should go visit a nuclear power station and decide to focus on the fuel rods. That might be fun. Also, do an experiment with Ernie to see if size makes a difference. "Here Ernie, I want you to focus on the moon..."
Strange how we haven't gotten that confirmed incident yet, huh. It's almost as if magic isn't real. Interesting. Also, Ernie doesn't exist.

Poltergeists are not ghosts they are the result of what happens when a person usually a child suffered from some sort of horrible incident like in that movie American Haunting. The pain and hate of that person manifests itself into an entity. This is different from a ghost which is a spirit of a deceased person or a demon/angel which is a spirit not born into this physical universe.
And is that person could control it they could use it for black magic like making the person they hate feel immense pain
Except none of that is real

why are they leaving so many items within easy access for the poltergeist; things like bottles, jars, ashtrays, irons...?

A few times this light switch in bathroom kept getting switched on- I triple ducttaped it down- sure as s@it- light went back on- and no- it doesn't just do that unless someone or thing pushes it up- these kinds of things are very real, there's simply things we can't explain.

Definitely humbled me.

Another masterpiece
Under the assumptions events like this can happen, and do happen, it is likely beyond current human knowledge and explanation. Why do we think we understand things well enough to explain such phenomena? I am sure saying it was a spirit, or aliens, or whatever brings you comfort rather than facing the unknown... but the fact is no one knows why it happens *if* it does happen. Its utter arrogance to feel you can explain an event such as these, if they happen. I keep saying "if" because I cannot reasonably say whether they do or not. I am a scientist, and scientists can only prove something exists... we cannot prove something doesn't exist. That is because you can't observe something that doesn't exist, and observation is a fundamental of the scientific method. As a geologist I have to infer a lot what happened in the past, but I can observe current processes to explain what likely happened. Its different than trying to infer what happened int he past with no reference point.
In the case of the paranormal, there is no basis to infer against other than anecdotal evidence. No measurements or consistent data (yes there are "recordings" that are weird, but they all vary drastically with little consistency, and also can not be shown to be from paranormal activity and not normal variances in the magnetic field from electrical sources and the magnetic field of the earth).
What I am saying here is... you can claim it was a spirit, or a poltergeist, or an alien... but that is just your brain desperately trying to explain something beyond your current understanding. Beyond all of our current understanding...
I should state that while I do not believe in the paranormal, I am not arrogant enough to rule it out and pretend that somehow science can disprove things. Science can only observe and present explanations, it cannot prove or disprove things. What we observe is up to our own perception and perspective when we decide what the observation means.
Objects are pulled to objects with greater mass, we decided this is gravity and its proof of gravity. But that is our limited perception, there could be forces or molecules (or even parallel universes) at work that would paint a more accurate picture, but to us its a scientific fact that objects of greater mass attract other objects of lesser mass. Its what we can observe, and its how we interpret the observation. It isn't necessarily correct and can be missing information. This is why we can't disprove things because many things we could not observe before, we can observe today. Gravity waves were theoretical until recently observed, as a prime example.
I agree to some extent except that I believe there is a scientific explanation for these events, it's just one based in psychology where there is plenty of evidence upon which to base inference. More specifically, my explanation is that people are lying, exaggerating, misremembering, hallucinating, etc. Until I see verified footage (tough with video editing tech these days) or similarly unassailable proof, that is the only rational explanation for these reported events.
@@clapdrix72 That is entirely plausible, if there is sufficient evidence for it. I am not saying there *isn't* a scientific explanation, just that we don't have enough information. I agree with its likely mental in some regard, whether lying or shared hysteria.
Thank you. This comment covers the bases well. Aliens and paranormal are usually the worst/last explanation for any seemingly anomalous event. They are generally bad theories because there are usually more plausible explanations that must be rigorously exhausted first. And I think people think aliens and ghosts are fun, and hallucinations are not as fun.
Similar thing with coincidence- people often forget that coincidences are pretty darn likely and common place. Just because I thought of my friend and then moments later my friend called me doesn’t mean there is some supernatural intervention- that’s what happens when you have friends, a brain, a phone, and enough time for those things to periodically overlap.
Anyway, thanks for putting some clarity and wisdom into the comment section. We are a growing few- us critical thinkers.
@@crowlsyong Excellent reply, and I also appreciate your username.
that’s the way I’ve always thought about it, I had been going between sceptic and believer for a long time, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it is beyond our comprehension and cannot be explained by the constructs we use to understand reality like math, at least not by our current understanding. It’s like the 4th dimension, we can’t possibly comprehend what it would look like because of the limitations of our reality and our brains. there’s also the size of the universe, or even our own solar system, it’s so unimaginably large that we can’t even begin to comprehend the scale of the universe. it reminds me of general relativity in that we don’t live in the 4th dimension, or wherever the “spirits” or “ghosts”, we can only understand things relative to us.

This lasted for about 3 months nearly every single night till it just stopped randomly. To this day I think it may have been my cousin who died in her sleep crying to be seen, and if not I don't think I want to know what was haunting us...
