I read somewhere that Vincent Gallo paid Mickey Rourke his fee in notes in a brown paper bag ?. If so , it's in keeping with the bookmaker and his punter who is in hock and owes him big time.

I've heard that the Brown Bunny is pretty poor I remember Roger Ebert describing its atrocious response at Cannes but you strike me as a bit of a completist with artists you get into. I am like that too. Once I get bitten by someone's work I have to explore even their absolute trash. I really liked how you went into the framing of the shots and the mannerisms of the characters. Nice work.

But lately I've been talking more about new release films as well. And I love gore but I don't need it in order for a movie to be enjoyable. Circle is a perfect example of an obscure film that needs so much more attention and didn't show any blood but was still effective.
