One of the few homes I've seen that looks like it's set up for two washers and two dryers. With multiple people living in the home, it makes a lot of sense. Only thing I missed was seeing Dominic's Mercedes, haha.

What i would liked to understand about this house layout was after the dinner room (At ARK Architects website show pictures this place has no roof, could be convert back?) behind the garage has a space for provide natural light for the basement 27:38? This villa is beautiful, but you have to go to Villa Dorado also in Sotogrande it is beautiful. With good furniture ... nothing to envy those mansions in Los Angeles.
And if you want to be impressed, you have to see Villa Culinan in La Zagaleta, Marbella

I found this house to be be very underwhelming with a very disjointed layout, sterile feeling and lastly no wonderful views. As enthusiastic as the host is, lots of Windows, marble and fake grass don't make a home. Though I'm sure it will eventually sell. But I look forward to the next presentation
