I've always wondered about having the sofas outside. Are they waterproof for when it rains, or do you need to cover them everytime it is going to be raining?
Not in this house, the humidity of the area advises against it. In addition, what is confortable for the human body is to have a cold head and warm feet.

What's up with people in Spain having no practical taste in design for kitchens. Why can the kitchen cupboards covers (wall with oven and microwave) be flush with the wall next to it? Additionally the fridge should be integrated and covered flush with the rest of the covers and the wall. Kitchen and master bedroom usually sell the place, but kitchens in Spain often seem to lack the basics. The rest of the house is awesome tho.
The clients will pay millions to live in one of these Houses for the rest of their life. While these guys experience all of the numerous architectural masterpieces almost every day and get paid to do so. How wonderful!
I think, most of these properties are bought by Asian guys, guys from Scandinavian countries, and some of them by Russians and other ethnicities. But most of the viewers are from eng speaking countries like the uk, us, Mb some from Canada.
Patrick made my week I am good now till next week :) The house was good too like the bedrooms and the pool really sets the house off.
