This tour features the 2 bedrooms tiny villa design, which has been cleverly designed by our Bali architects to ensure these luxury villas have all the home comforts guests would need, whilst only requiring a small footprint of space.

110 sqm for $200k seems rather pricey?
Whilst small as it is modelled on a tiny home, this villa has a lot of high end inclusions such as the stone and wood architectural finishes. The price mentioned also includes all furniture, appliances, building permits, etc, and is based on the current market rate of the villa, not the purchase price paid by our clients as this development was fully sold out before construction even began. Compared to the current market in Bali, these brand new 2 bedroom villas are priced low. The villas are designed as holiday rental investment villas and are currently performing exceptionally well.
Oh yes. I live in a new quality 4 bedroom villa (>200m2) with pool, garage and maid quarter in local area that cost US$100,000 to build all-in excl land. This is price for locals. For foreigners it is another story considering "market" price in the tourist zones and the relative high mark-up there.

The villas do have parking, but garages aren't very common in Bali. These villas are designed as holiday rental investments rather than residential homes. Thanks for watching.
