Really nice video cupcake I really liked this new series, mainly because we can understand what you were thinking during your gameplay and this is fantastic. Do u have any tips on how to avoid autopiloting? Every day I play league after working all day I'm getting the feeling that I'm autopiloting too much and on weekeds when I'm fully rested I usually play better, but if I only play on weekends I'll climb very slowly, I really don't know what to do xD.
You've answered your own question. Since you are able to focus when you're rested on weekends and don't have a deficiency, being tired is clearly the problem. There's no magic to focusing better outside of eating and sleeping well. On days where you're coming back from work, past getting a glass of water, having a good meal, and like a shower and a it of meditation to clear your head, there's not much more you'll be able to do.
It sounds like you need to find a way to be rested and focused and motivated on your weekday evenings too. I'll leave that up to you! Whether it's a consistent bedtime or diet or exercise etc.

I have just one question: why didn't you take the relic shield to finish the support item faster in the early game? Was it to get more ap to scale?

This is full of both replicable support fundamentals and little 1%s, i love it! At 24:12, in hindsight should this have been an embrace reality and either back off, or maybe wait for rengar and go on lux instead?

honestly really helpful for learning what more i could do for my team as i am kinda stuck in high emerald low diamond for quite a while now although i think few parts could be cut to shorten the length but thats just my personal opinion.

So I notice you don't buy a lot of pink wards minutes 5-12, and at 25:52 you opt ot buy a refillable over two pinks, do you mind elaborating on that? I tend to buy a lot of pink wards myself, your example really makes me thing I am overdoing it
I value refill a lot, but the later the game goes on the more you want pinks over refill. I'll never buy 2 pinks that's a waste of gold, and if the pace of game is fast with constant fighting then pink is gonna have less value. why bone plate into a poke bot lane?
BP will provide the most as the game goes on, not in lane. Rakan doesn't need 2nd wind. All other options are worse in the resolve tree, it was mainly to get unflinching to open up my item build.
I often get frustrated when playing Rakan, because it seems to me i have no one to play with. My adc is not playing very well, both sololanes lost and jg is powerfarming. I dont know what to do in these scenarios, it feels like any play i make, any engage is just going to result in a lost fight/bad trade. What can i do? Is it just praying enemy missplays?
Another thing, my team would have been spamming surrender vote every 5 minutes since minute 15, blaming each other, playing out of tilt
Sure if you're significantly behind, of course the game is going to be hard. It's worth reflecting on how you contributed to that game state, and embracing ACE mentality (video describing this is on my channel). When you're in that spot, yep be creative and be ready to punish enemy mistakes mainly.

its not that i target minions and they die its just pathing to lane and randomly my character just stops weird…
