The church is run by a constitution. If the leadership of the church fails the bylaws of the constitution then the concerned individuals can approach a higher body and if not approach the courts of the land to enforce the bylaws of the constitution that was violated. Fighting like this only demeans the Body of Christ and not a solution for whatever issues it may be. May the Holy Spirit bring peace in this church and may wiser thought prevail among the fighting parties.

Now I know it's the freedom of everyone to do as they please but the problem here is Thirumeni passed an opportunity to be a true servant of Christ to show unconditional love to another human being no matter what they believe in or do . We cannot hate someone because their ideologies persecute Christians. To be a Christian is to suffer and love unconditionally. The Thirumeni has proved that he is not better than a Politician by playing religious politics.

I'm a marthomite so i can say no one ever gets up when the kalpana/ circular is read. In some churches it is read in between the service and in some at and the end. But since people start leaving as soon as the doxology is sung it is usually read in between the service so no one can complain they didnt get the information. Anyways this video looks more like a scene that sometimes happens in general body meetings not smthg in between a service. Not all people have the ability/ culture to respectfully put across their views and sometimes it leads to this kind of heated scenes. I highly doubt the truthfulness/intentions of this report.

I dont think this channel guy has ever attended a Marthoma service in his life. We definitely do not stand up when the kalpanas are read . So far ,people of my age group have never thought of Kalpanas as being autocratic . We just take it as a circular from the Bishop or Metropolitan thats all. Besides Id like to proclaim that Marthoma Church is highly democratic in its approach and I wasnt born yesterday. sometimes the Truth hurts whether it is Sunil or anyone who tells things that may not sound good to the ears. I have seen it first hand on how Marthoma believers go ballistic and vile interrupting sermons , kalpanas because they dont like a specific or certain Achens or priests. One thing you cannot deny is how corrupted (arrogance) both the Bishops, clergy , achens and the sabha has become. They forget the central teaching of our Lord i.e "Love your Enemies and pray for those who persecute you" But Thirumeni Theodosius disobeyed this rule or you may say violated this rule when he talked against Narendra Modi in Bahrain and refuse to meet him in Kerala. Now I know it's the freedom of everyone to do as they please but the problem here is Thirumeni passed an opportunity to be a true servant of Christ to show unconditional love to another human being no matter what they believe in or do . We cannot hate someone because their ideologies persecute Christians. To be a Christian is to suffer and love unconditionally. The Thirumeni has proved that he is not better than a Politician by playing religious politics.
