If you mark an enemy as Ocelot, your bullets will ricochet and automatically bounce to them at a certain distance. It doesn't do that for unmarked enemies, thankfully.
I Really never used the bounching ability or shield, I just go around with 2 revolvers and make stuns and headshots. I think it s the best way to play with Ocelot
What if they make Metal Gear MMO. I think that would be the blockbuster hit I know it will take years or a decade if they try this out but man this is going to be good

If you missed, you used the ricochet because the bullets magically find their target as long as you hit a perpendicular surface
