Something I have not seen you use or talk about is a bumbo floor seat ( tray optional but recommend). I highly recommend one before he is able to sit in a high chair. It supports kids who are not able to sit up on their own. Great for sitting up on the counter with you as you cook or when he starts to eat solids.
Ever since I found out you guys were pregnant it made me the happiest. I was already in my mom era pregnant and now my little man is turning one in a few days. He was born before Christmas so this year is so packed. It literally only gets better. There are hard days as you know but when they look at you and laugh and try and say word it's just like your whole heart explodes and fills you with love.

Highly recommend baby led weaning. I did it with my second child and she’s the best eater. My first is so picky and has food allergies.

I think that melatonin gummies are a must - I’ve used them to help me fall asleep fast, but it doesn’t put me in a deep enough sleep to where you don’t wake up during the night still (if you were worried about not hearing Smoke cry during the night).
