That was a big question for me... Great underwater footage!
We were very surprised---we have time and again the fish returning to a spot immediately and feeding as soon as somone waded through it and left the area. Exceptions of course though for calmer sections of a river or a spring creek, ect.

They’re back but will they eat?
Guessing they would be a little wary and might be tougher to catch with a fly, but they were definitely back to feeding subsurface almost immediately.
