“Can you see that?”
No, unfortunately we cant 😫
Couldn’t see the dish at all.. you guys need to tilt ur camera so that we can see t dish while cooking
Sumana Venkatesh I didn’t want to say anything but YES!! I want to see the progression of the dish. Ehhh oh well it still looks amazing 🥵
Dear Akis, I fully agree to Sumana Venkatesh‘s comment! I really love all of your recipes and the effort you are investing for the creation of these amazing videos and your beautiful and cool kitchen. But I really ask myself, why the cameraman absolutely didn’t realize that he was filming so often just the pot? I really can not believe that the cameraman filmed so many times only the edge of the pot. What is the point of filming the edge of the pot? What should the edge of the pot tell and show us? Could you please ensure that in future videos the camera angle will be appropriate, so that we can see the dish properly? Thank you very much for your understanding. Much love!
yes cannot see anything
my thoughts, thank you
I can see the dish. It looked yummy. I like the purple light in the background. I think this kitchen is my favorite kitchen that akis cooks in.
“Don’t be cheapy” I love it. Yia Sou from Australia
Hahaha I'm Italian, loved the olive oil comment. Will get a nice Greek Kalamata olive oil, cheers to our Greek brothers!

I was just going to write this comment this minute! unacceptable!!! showing a cooking video without allowing to see the progress inside the pan is a huge blunder. I stopped watching it

I've got to say I'm not chef but love to cook lived in Asia cooking got to say thank you so much for this recipe it's taken risotto to a whole new level the layers of curry chilli rosemary and the thyme finished with lemon zest and Parmesan. Wow I even used a short grain brown rice on my first attempt had to cook it alot longer but worth the wait. Thank you you have a new subscriber and will recommend many friends you your channel. Well perfected 👍

For me, this is probably one of your best videos for the last year or so. Far away from the usual very fast simple videos, so this very informative video. Cheers lad!

This is like watching a male Nigella Lawson and I am totally here for that. Greek and not Italian like olive oil ofc.
I don't care what is in the pan....
"You like thyme?"
"No"

Lovely 🤪
Wonderful risotto, thank you!
looks great
We call that arrozcaldo here in the Philippines. Much love po❤️❤️❤️
From not so sunny England here. I hope to make a chicken and mushroom risotto this weekend. For the Italian purists out there, English is mongrel language, and so is our food, please forgive the chicken ! I will be using Italian olive oil and wine though !
I see Akis uses stock cubes but doesn’t make a seasoning paste with stock cube and olive oil.
And you used 1.5 litres of water, so ideally use 3 stock cubes/pots.
Hey Chef, I'm Italian, and I loooove olive oil. I don't belive Greek oil it's better than Italian, as you said, 😜😅, but you never know...do you have some Greek brand to reccomend? I'm curious to try some, thanks
So you add the stock and let it boil off, then repeat?
What an amazing risotto Thank you, Akis, :-)
Stuck in Marbella looking at this thinking should I eat for the (20th time today .. looks so good
Damn 😍😉😉 this recipe is almost as hot 🔥 as he is!!! I have some chicken breast in the fridge I need to use so my craving for some risotto brought me here!! I'm gonna do this tomorrow
"Delicious"
Looks good #chicken Mixed #risotto very beautiful and that was interesting delicious.
Omg u are 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Greek, Spanish, Italian Olive oil are good but have you tried Portuguese Olive Oil ?
O melhor! 🤤
Please make a video on 'kitchen essentials' :)
👍
“yellow and chilly”
I’ll let you know how mine turns out ...this better work Akis 🤔
Akis 🔥🔥🔥🔥
❤❤🙌
Or Portuguese olive oil!! Is the best! 😛
Akis I am in disagreement with you with the risotto. You chose to do it "all'onda", which is my favorite way to do it. However, you could serve also the risotto "al salto"; in that case, it will be served using a cookie cutter shape and it will look drier. However, really from an Italian standpoint you made a wonderful job. I am not sure about adding the chicken to the risotto... that's not exactly our thing in Italy, but I will accept it from you :-)
Not a big fan of Parmesan myself, any other suggestions?
Hey sir my from India
Croatian olive oil is the best 😋
