Looks great but why so much cold oil?! 🤦🏻♂️ add that oil before you play with raw chicken oil hot, sear that chicken, get some color in shorter time and maybe season that thing before adding in the pan, especially when using a shaker, the vapors go into the shaker and clump the seasonings… 😮💨 okay, otherwise it looks delicious! 🫠🫶

I as non-italian am about to vomit from this. Please, do videos about greek cuisine yoe are good at, not about things you obviousily do not understand at all. Or get good at italian concepts of cooking first.
