You did a fantastic job putting LED lighting in your space I also saw John’s video you help to install American Green lights six strips LED lights in his shop. enjoy the LED lighting for many years to come
Hola! 🖐Oh there you are! Now I can see you😂 All kidding aside, what an amazing difference that makes. What a great company too for helping a "small channel" such as yours make such a drastic improvement. Looking forward to SEEING more projects. Take care and have a good one, Adios!👊
Sam what happened 😳 I'm in shock as when I subscribed to your channel you had less than a dozen or so followers and now all of a sudden you've got over 15 thousand following you. All I can say whilst in shock is congratulations on the increase of followers 👏. As always buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.
Great job! Quick question with to garage door up so you notice a big difference with the overhead lights and the amount of light you have to work with? Pros or cons of having them above the garage door when it is open? Do you work with the door open much?
only 2 rows ( 4 lights total) are blocked by the door when its open and 2 of them are where the windows are( ill pretend like I planned that) so its really not too bad. also being in a neighborhood I don't really have it open after dark, trying to not piss off the neighborhood.
This video is right up my alley, I install custom LEDs in new homes, I find ways to hide everything so all you see is the glow. I use a conduit from the big box store that hides the wires and it's white with an adhesive backing on it, you can cut it with a PVC cutter to whatever size you want and even miter it for corners. I hope that helps you with your wiring hiding solution. Go, Sam, go!
The wood rack you took down off the ceiling, can I ask how that was mounted? I want/need something similar to store lumber off the ceiling joists but haven't been able to find a strong but simple solution for it.
I don't see anywhere that says these are made in america on their web site. Just because you have "American" in the name doesn't mean the products are made in America. Most products that are made in America have it plastered everywhere on their web sites. This company doesn't have it anywhere. They definitely aren't priced like American made products.
We are a San Diego based company and have been in business since 2008. We do engineering, prototyping, and testing in Poway, CA . We have warehouses in Poway CA, Roselle IL, Los Angeles CA, and Atlanta GA. We custom make LED products in San Diego and Poway. We source components from overseas and the USA. The LED drivers are made in China or Taiwan, even the USA brands we use. The components for the strips are from China and USA and assembled in the USA in San Diego. We have some commodity products that we source from third party manufacturers that are made in China, Taiwan, Viet Nam, or Japan. Even the "Made in USA" products that we source from third parties are only assembled in the USA from foreign components, Just like all USA lighting companies. We would like to be 100% made in USA, but there are not enough components and parts made in the USA to be 100% made in USA.
Great job, Sam. I don't know why, but ever since you left John's shop, his videos have turned to crap. No woodworking, and less fun. I'm glad I subscribed to yours. Thanks, and keep up the great job.

I have no idea. I’ve been blown away by the support
Have to love IL cook county & their hate for running Romex. Love the upgrade & seeing any vid you put out

Some questionable screws. It wasn’t great
Awesome 👍👍👍👍
I added a motion sensor light switch to my garage, now it doesn't matter what angle I come from I get lights on. Might work for you also!
I did the same thing in two garages now. Definitely worth the extra couple of bucks.
I was just wondering what Sam was up to!
If I had a shop, I'd 100% use American Green Lights
Pika pencils for the win how cool
your name is on the box, i hope they gave you a discount
The downside to having a really bright shop, you see how dirty it is. When I have brighter work space the cleaner I want to keep it.
So true! but it will probably always be a mess
you like abita beer?......I live like 3 miles from the brewery
Most of the stickers have been there a long time as least two owners back.
@@SamGreenMaker What about the "My Boss is a Jewish Carpenter", was that already there. I like that one. 👍👍
@@woodworksbygrampies1284 haha yeah 95% of the stickers were already there. I added a few and left the rest
