Do the antennas need to be in that position ( pointing to the side ) for optimal signal?
Is the audio delay fixed on this one?

@@hollylandtech Thank you for your response. We have 4 units of the 400spro and the power button design is very poor. Two units have already gone bad because of this. I find the design is same with this new one sadly.
We also have 4 units of the C1 and those are built better. The oldest unit we have is the Cosmo 400 and it's still the best one we've got! (why did you discontinue that one? It was perfect!)

@@hollylandtech Is the cold shoe removable and replaceable? Does the transmission use both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz bands?
I can't locate my HLD wifi for mobile phone monitoring. But the WiFi is visible to my PC
1. Change channel to channel 1
2. Try upgrading the firmware, it may be a problem with the device software
3. Are you using an iPhone? Sometimes the signal on an iPhone is not good. Restart the phone and take a look
