This call sounds like every call I have minus the probate situation ... this was very helpful! That talking themselves down and up on their number, the "don't insult me with price" ... all of it. This was a great call!
Hair transplant. You can also get a glue-down hair piece that looks this good for less than $1000. I got one and it lasted about 6 months. 1 wholesale deal puts you in position to get hair for a year. Essentially he is telling you how to have great hair, make money.
You can tell you both are great salesmen, you match each other's tones and sitting positions consistently seemingly unconsciously. 😁 Awesome video gentlemen! Thanks for sharing your expertise and knowledge!
I was frustrated that you made an offer without any comps or ARV information, but then you were clear about your inspection contingency and possible renegotiations. As always a stand up example of transacting business Jerry.
It's not always about getting the deal done! Finding one's motivation and pain is very important to uncover in the RE business. Thank you Dan and Jerry!
These series are literally the best thing on UA-cam, My absolute favorite thing to listen to while I’m driving! Jerry I hope to meet you one day! You are a Flipping Genius!
Hello gentlemen, I'm new to this system. Highly motivated.I appreciate this information. My fotay is communication. This will duly help navigating thus conversations
Jerry I'm about to put my first creative offer out there and your videos have given me the confidence to learn how to wholesale and start making some calls. Fingers cross that this goes through as it will be my first deal! (hopefully I didn't mess up my numbers lol) Thanks for all you do!
Hello Jerry you are a flipping genius! Can I have the link to the video where you got frustrated with the seller so I can learn from this experience and phone call? Thanks! 🤝
I would've never thought to start out the call the way you did, but it worked. Like you said it's a pattern disruptor and how you start really steers the conversation from the beginning. That doesn't quite feel natural to me cuz Im the type of person to not answer the phone if l don't know the number, and if I do answer the phone my wall is up from the start. I assume you didn't have a business setup for wholesaling before you got your first deal? Has anyone ever asked you what company you're with or how you got their info? Have you ever had people look you up online and question your legitimacy? I guess they would have more time on their hands for that which probably isn't normal since the property is causing them enough headache to want to get rid of it. I just wanna make sure I'm professional and prepared, but I also don't wanna stop being a person/having a life outside of what I'm going to have as my main income stream. I look forward to watching the rest of your series and learning more and making my first calls soon. A HUGE thanks to you and Daniel!!
Hey Jerry, I know this is kind of off topic for this video and it's a little long message. Figured just to message on the most recent video. Do you think here in MN near the MPLS area is a good backyard to start out? I am still learning about wholesaling and trying to learn about Novations as much as I can. Read a couple books and doing everything I can watching your videos. But anyways I have a cash buyer I personally know, that used to wholesale and now flips properties (supposed to be my mentor) and also a handful of agents (I have 1 solid agent & she's willing to work with me on the Novation if it comes around). I feel like I have a solid start here, I am just curious if Minneapolis is a good area to work with and what are all applications would you suggest to use if starting out here is a great area to target? I am brand new and trying to save but use the most effective strategies into finding more cash buyers (might need a couple more solid ones), distressed sellers, etc. I guess i may have too many questions but wanted to get your input because I dont believe i ever hear about MN
Jerry, how do you lead into someone that’s wanting a retail offer on a property that clearly needs so much work? The market that I am in is pretty hot DALLAS and everyone wants top dollar for properties.
Hello, I am Argentine and Italian, am I interested in being a house seller, to be a seller do I have to have a bank account in the United States to receive payments? What I need?
Don’t know if I’m cut out for wholesaling lol just cold called a guy and he said “How do we keep getting his number? We just had a family member murdered a day ago! Don’t call me again or I’ll fly to Michigan and find you!” Lol 🤦🏾♂️
Wow Jerry is really bad on the phone. Its good he built a business with real closers because he would be where he is from just wholesaling. And he cherry picked an easy lead. I want to hear a challenging one not this amateur hour
Bro listen to his other ones. or do you not follow him enough and just start throwing nonsense responses like this one? He started just like everyone else. He has done so many of them that he clearly doesn't remember what this phone call was exactly about and still made a deal. No one gets that far into making this many deals and then not know exactly how this phone came about unless you are that great at closing deals on the phone.

Thanks for this series. Listening to yall dissect the conversation and give examples and explanations is very helpful.

Jerry’s hair looks fantastic. I wish he’d give us the steps he took to get back what he lost. Cause believe me i desperately need it! lol

Keep following up. I just had 2 that I followed up on for over a year and they finally took my offer
