So sad. I really liked mine. My problem was it expired super quick.
The Flower Beauty Spotlight has a mechanism that locks and unlocks it. Check near the tip. I have also heard of it clogging too. Hope this helps. ❤

The flower beauty liquid contour, has a twist open and close feature so if it’s not twisted open nothing will come out. So try and see if it’s open, and hopefully you have luck and product comes out otherwise I don’t know how to help 😢
Thank you! Yes I’ve tried twisting it. Probably only used it once and it clogged up on me 😭😭. Will mostly have to throw it away.
