Why? Actually I would use that ground floor bedroom as a rec room in addition to a bedroom and the space where the tv is in the "living room" I would take out the tv and have a nice recliner chair and a bookcase as a reading nook. I would also have a bar shelf along that window that has the kitchen table because it takes up less space and you can eat and work from a laptop while looking out the window. I'd also have more open shelving in the kitchen and no dishwasher!
@@MintTinyHouseCompany heading down to TN and NC in a couple of weeks to look for property. If I find something, you’ll certainly be the first to know!
An exit from a bedroom is also good fire code practice. Wouldn't want to hurl myself out of an egress window that far off the ground even if I could manage to squeeze thru lol
Really large dining table lol 😂 That’s funny, but I do like this model just not the glass door in the bedroom or the lack of space between couch and Tv but again haven’t seen one perfect yet but this one is close and definitely one I’ll be considering
I have loved Mint Tiny Homes but boy have they ever become expensive. There is no guarantee where you can park these items and such a huge expense without the ability to really park it anywhere here.
Our building costs have certainly increased in recent years, and parking a tiny home can be tricky! We do however offer a number of guides on our website ranging from how to finance a tiny home, to finding spot to park it! Thank you for watching 🙂
This is a lovely house except by the time you have your bed in both lofts you won't be able to sit up as you've just got end room to sit up as it is . The top of the house needs to be raised a good bit higher with lower ceilings below
The lofts are certainly the most compact area of our homes (if you choose to option the home with them!). We are restricted to building our homes with an overall height no greater than 13'6" - otherwise we run the risk of hitting bridges and overpasses during transport! Thanks for watching 🙂

This may be my favorite layout so far! The only change I would make is removing the exit door from the bedroom.

I agree. I would rather use the space. For safety reasons I don't want a door in my bedroom.
Love it...and love how quickly you say all that is needed to say and we get a good view of the layout.
Thanks so much!
This layout is super cute too.
Even a thin mattress in those lofts will restrict sitting up in bed. Have you considered lowering the main floor ceilings?
Perfect. Lovely. The 2nd exit in the bedroom should have a built in blind between the glass for privacy. Priced very fairly. Thanks for sharing!
Sweet.👍
I would love to get one of these
Love this home so much
Great layout

Wish this one had electrical service for a combustion toilet but other than that a fine job.

Um.......it's VASH-on not va-SHON. That is, assuming it's named after Vashon Island.

👍
where are you located
Delta, BC Canada - but ship North America wide!
The lofts don't appear to have enough height. His head is touching the ceiling with no mattress.

Standup lofts are outdated! The upstairs should be standup. Check out New Zealand’s tiny homes. Ontario builds them.
Isn’t this a trailer, a mobile house?
This is an RV Certified Tiny Home! 🙂
Not enough living room space ..lofts not high enough
