I love your first-floor layouts with transom windows throughout for continual lighting ❤ . I do love the french doors for extra light. My concern is safety. I would add reinforced solid doors behind the french doors that lock from the inside to lock 🔐 at night and during storms and lock by key from the outside when I leave . This is of special concern in RV communities where people outside the community like to peer into windows out of curiosity or criminals casing out the place.
Wonderful ! My preference would be a walk in shower instead of tub. I’d prefer light color wood moldings and doors instead of the dark stained wood. A design of kitchen table with a drop down extension of some sort.

It's so well designed, But I would love to see a small wood burning stove instead of an electric fire. Just incase there was a power cut, you could still heat the home and stay warm. I love this home ❤️
Love it! Changes? I'd remove the table in the kitchen and either replace with a rolling island or my own table. I'd like a small coffee bar in the kitchen as well. Being older, I love the idea of the tub but a large shower is probably less of a fall risk. But it's quite lovely..12 feet makes all the difference.

As a senior with back, hip, and knee problems, as well as legally blind, I cannot use lower cabinets - I need large drawers only. That includes the drawer-style dishwasher. I also don’t often use a range. I’d want a two or three burner cooktop, and a combo microwave and convection oven. I do use a number of countertop appliances for safety reasons, so I would not choose a kitchen table, but rather an island with more large, deep drawers and a fold-downextension on the outer side for an eating area. I would entertain outdoors, as I live in the Deep South USA where it is very warm. `Those are easy changes, I think. I like this model very much! Please show all the lower cabinets and drawers in your kitchens. Those are quickly skipped over in your videos, and they are the one thing I am most concerned about. Most women are, I think!

Great house! Changes: tub/shower combo; remove the big window in the bedroom + remove the bedroom door providing more privacy and quiet; a rolling island instead of the table in the kitchen. I appreciate the height of the presenter because it shows how taller people are accommodated in a tiny home. Thank you!!
stunning! i love so much about it. As a current owner of a Mint tiny house myself I can relate to how spacious they are but mine is really tiny compared to this one :D lol! I really really love the white walls and dark wood frames and ceilings. In mine I have dark wood beams and I am just so in love with them. I had wondered how I manifested the design and realized I was seeing this scheme in the traditional euro aristrocat homes we see in my home town of Mar del Plata. Many of the homes there have white walls with dark brown features. Just Superb! I would agree with adding a dedicated workspace (I would love if it my parents purchase this and they will both need computer stations). I would also speak more to how to enter the house if you it wheels for an extended time. i.e. stairs, ramps etc. finally, bug nets for the doors!

I love this layout, having both rooms on one floor, good-sized rooms, and the bathroom is beautiful. Although the washer/dryer area is small, it's really nice to have the counter space for it. The only thing I would change is removing the kitchen table, making the double door entrance into one door...and fitting a small table there to make it more spacious. Another thing I would change is the cabinets in both rooms to half the sizes to fit a TV above it. I know I would lose cabinet space, but if there's a way to lose the least possible space in order to add a TV spot...then it would be perfect.

This would be such a sweet place to make "home". I would love this have one, and I would add an enclosed porch with screens, with a hot tub on one side. I could just taste living here! Love it! 2 things I would change would the larger windows be a turn crank window that opens from the bottom than you can leave windows open when it rains. I would also like to have possibly propane heat with a small wood stove. Can you make this off grid with small wood stove?
I love it, but does this conform to USA standards?? I thought US requires up to 399 sq ft. Things I would change: take out the kitchen table and I’d put my own table in; maybe take off the second bedroom (it’s a little too small to be my art studio) and make living room slightly larger to accommodate full-size couch; take out fireplace and I’d put my own beautiful tv stand; make the window behind the couch a little lower to be able to see outside while you’re on the couch; I’d do an on-demand hot water system and put in a nicely tiled shower plus a tiny floor cabinet next to it for linens, brooms, vacuum cleaner, or maybe just linens (where would I put my broom, swiffer mop, vacuum?); maybe only one door instead of two into kitchen, and add small closet to left of fridge for coats and vacuum cleaner etc); and instead of all the hanging closet space, make each closet smaller and have built in dresser drawers in the middle with room on top to put jewelry, mirror; and if the 2nd bedroom is gone and living room made larger, no window at very front but built in or my own bookcases. Also, I’d like the upper cupboard to right of sink to have glass display doors with lighting inside. Oh, and hose bib outside. Then it would absolutely be my dream home!

id have a full walk in shower..dont do bathtubs well.. but that would be the only thing id change.. i love this one..

I’d change the slope,of the roof. Not a fan of the shed roof. I prefer more of a slight rounded look.

The host is I'm sure a great guy but he's to tall to be presenting in a tiny home, it makes the home look very small!! Just my opinion.
