lastgen boi Even if he didn't use table pepper, the point is that he used a SOLID substance diluted with water. 2 problems, the dilution with water weakens the effectiveness of the spray, and the solid pepper clogs the sprayer.

Quick question......PEPPER SPRAY DUH!!!! you can buy it for like a dollar, and if your like me, you keep guns lying around, then you cant just shoot the crappy little buggers that break-in-enter, also pepper what does not hurt unless you get it in the eyes, pepper spray hurts on caontact with skin(and a spray from a twelve gauge shotgun hurts plenty, especially in the face)

You're an idiot, piperine is water soluble so it will be in the liquid.
Naturally you can replace it with other higher performing fluids if you'd want to, like battery acid (which would work iff you cover the entire metal surface but will leak if you don't).
Piperine solutions are what is normally used in professional products so this will work just fine.

You did a wrong composition: I suggest you to take a bunch of dry hot peppers, then soak them into a solvent for a few days,in my opinion ethanol it's enough good for the task, filter off the peppers and then evaporate the solution, you will get a dark red liquid, that's capsaicine, just mix it with some water, the ratio its upon your choice,it will determinate the strenght of the liquid.

Capsaicine it's way too dense to be sprayed efficiently, plus, pure capsaicine causes II degrees burns and the burned zone will be more subject to the probability of contracting skin tumors

you need to extract the capsaicin from the peppers in order for this to work. this is going to get someone hurt when they try to spray an attacker and just make them angrier.

black pepper doesn't contain capsaicin, this is probably more dangerous to the person handling it than anyone being sprayed.

Pepper kernels like that wouldn't work to well cause it would jam up the cap bit and won't have enough punch. What I would suggest instead is to buy some habanero peppers at your local grocery store mash it into a pulp pour the pulp in water and let it sit for a few days the chemicals from the mash would dissolve into the water. Then put your pepper liquid into the homemade pepper spray bottle.

Chilli pepper. Not black pepper lol. Take seeds out of habenero or jalapeños, mash into paste, higher to ratio the better. Add water or better yet juice the peppers for liquid, strain. Then put it in that thing and you got your self some pretty potent juice.

The epoxy won't last, it expands and contracts differently than the plastic. Use enough pressure, and the two will separate. You're lucky that dirty water didn't clog the spray nozzle.

Perhaps by boiling like.. moruga scorpion peppers in like isopropanol in 80c degrees centigrade oilbath in boiling flask and using soxhlet extractor and run it for 4 hours.. You could, You know.. extract almost all capcaicin.. I dunno.. and with ether you could purify it to like 16 million scovilles. I dunno.. But i know it will NOT be soluble in water in big enough quantities
