I have the metra kit the Sony 5000 and the speakers, I don't have a part number for the speaker jumper wire, if you could help with that it would be much appreciated. Great videos on the install!

I added a limited addition paint set to my Electra Glide Standard and it has speaker lids. Is there left and right rear speaker harness under the seat that I can tap into for my speaker lids?
I watch the video and I can’t find my radio harness I have a 2017 Electra glide police bike that did not have a radio or speakers so my question is did they come with the radio harness or not
I have a 2019 FLHT and have the old Harley headset in it with kickers and the lighted hand controls. I’m looking at either the new Harley headset or the Sony 7000. The question I have is will all the hand controls work with the Sony? All the videos I have seen they only use the volume on the hand controls. With Harley I can use my thumbs on the controls to navigate around all of the stereo features.
Seems like a great product... will it withstand vehicle driving and parked in rain?
It would be nice if HD offered some kind of a simple door to cover the glaring hole in the dash. I would have to have the radio which I don’t even care about just to fill the hole.

Was going to get this but I live in Florida. I get caught in rain storms that literally fill my boots with water and it's not a marine head unit. Have you talked to Sony about conformal coating the guts?

I bought a 19 standard n I used all take off off Ebay and craigslist the only things I bought new from Harley where speaker harnesses and antenna. I paid 50$ for a 4.5 screen radio used off craigslist 25$ for used boom audio speakers. 100$ plus 8$ for shipping on used handlebar switch packs off ebay plug all in and suprising it all worked
what year radio did you put into your 2019? is the wiring harness fit?
@@goodcitizen3323 the first radio was a 14 4.5 screen and last note t put 16 6.5 screen and everything works exccpt6 it won't display oil presser or air temp navigation also works as it should

Having issues with this radio throwing codes continuously. Clear and same codes come back. Trying to troubleshoot but Fathead won’t return calls. After 4 unreturned calls time to go through social media. Know you guys are busy but so is the rest of the world

Slightly confused by your question. I think that you are asking if you can put that head unit and speakers in a 14- up streetglide. That answer is yes. we sell them plug and play ready to go!
Cant find anything about the Sony head unit being waterproof, is it?
Its not waterproof. There is some face shields available on some of the forums- to protect against the weather

I didn’t get an antenna with mine
I got the adapter plugs into the radio but not the antenna
Thats why l bought the bike no stupid radio , or gps or any other crap

It's nice on a long trip.
It actually takes 3 days and 3 nights and then you give up and take it to the Dealer. When the Dealer sees the mess, they will throw your ass out with no warranty left. Great Job! Well done f...ing up the $20K bike!
