Cheers Neil, It's good to hear you've been waiting on this one, as for colour, at least the Speed version has some punch to it 👊 Have you any races coming up?
Thanks for the detailed rundown on the Inov8 Trailfly, Martin! Love how you’ve tested them through every type of terrain and weather! Your attention to details like the cushioning and the new anatomical shape really shows how much thought went into this review! Best wishes, dear old friend!
Breathable getting water out are very important. Can't let anything distract you from the run. It looks like a very comfortable sneaker. You always make the best choices when it comes to running gear.
Hi, so do you think it could be a good option for door to trail in terms of sole durability? Or does it wear out faster if used mainly on the road? thanks
They are ideal for door to trail, I've used them a fair bit on the road & the outsole still has plenty of life left in them, though if my run is solely on the road, I do generally grab a road shoe 👍
Great review Martin. I've never run in Inov8's myself but this is a great insight into their newer models and I always like to hear there are width options with a wide foot
Not overly wide (I'd class it as med) & a fairly narrow ankle, but I have become used to having that extra forefoot width, which just allows my feet to spread nicely. Hope that helps?
Excellent, just the review I was waiting for Martin! Really good to hear your thoughts. Just wish Inov8 were a wee bit bolder in colour schemes 😂

Thanks Mihai, sometimes you just find a shoe that works for you and so far these have been ideal 👌
Excellent! My favorite Inov8 this year and maybe ever here in Colorado.
Great to hear Troy, also nice to know you can get them in Colorado 👌 I’ll be putting mine through a good test tomorrow on a 50k 🏃♂️

Cheers Kev, these have been a great choice of shoe, plenty of good features and they fit my feet to a tee 😀

Thanks Ben, you should certainly give Inov8 a try at some point, plenty of wider options are available on the newer models 👍
Would you run an ultra in these ones? They look right up your street. The new shape and wide toe box sounds like a step in the right direction.
Definitely good for an Ultra Mark, they may even be getting used for one very soon 😉

How wide would you say your feet are?
