I definitely felt shaking during the arm series. This was a great workout. I love your pilates videos and I will continue to add them to my daily workouts. You have made it enjoyable and I am feeling stronger and having more confidence in myself.
It’s so interesting now because I have done this workout before, how last time arms was the difficult part for me, and abs was no problem. Today I had to take breaks in the ab series but I made it trough the whole arm workout. Maybe it depends on the day🤷♀️(even if Zoe makes it all look easy🤣)

This is my first class with you! I normally do pilates with Margaret Elizabeth, but was looking to change it up and try other instructors and classes. This was great--the arm series was killer! I also need to work on my pushups, lol.Thanks, Zoe!

Update one year later the glute series was the most difficult xd
I really noticed the change of my body today! I could do the full abs series and I’m so proud of me for that! Thank you so much for helping me!
