    I definitely felt shaking during the arm series. This was a great workout. I love your pilates videos and I will continue to add them to my daily workouts. You have made it enjoyable and I am feeling stronger and having more confidence in myself.

    It’s so interesting now because I have done this workout before, how last time arms was the difficult part for me, and abs was no problem. Today I had to take breaks in the ab series but I made it trough the whole arm workout. Maybe it depends on the day🤷‍♀️(even if Zoe makes it all look easy🤣)

      Update one year later the glute series was the most difficult xd

    This is my first class with you! I normally do pilates with Margaret Elizabeth, but was looking to change it up and try other instructors and classes. This was great--the arm series was killer! I also need to work on my pushups, lol.Thanks, Zoe!

    Today is my first day doing this pilates and it was difficult sometimes but you have to stick it through to get a result.
