    Hello. I liked your videoes so much. I wanted to start the challenges nut ı actually ı didn't know where to start from. Do ı need to follow the videoes in order? How many of them should ı do in a day? And some of the videoes has warm up exercises but some dont; when I start with one of these videoes that mean I dont have to do warm ups?
    I apologize for these many questions

      hi! i always make a playlist for each week of the challenge, and you can see which videos to do each day on the calendar (posted on Instagram)! and the ones without a built-in warm up -- it wouldn't hurt to do a light warm up on your own🤗
