    I am so happy I came across your Tiktok last week. This has been the best, most motivating workout series that I have ever done. Because of your work and passion for Pilates, I have successfully completed a full week of scheduled workouts, which as never happened. I am so proud of myself. Thank you so much!     I struggled on the plank and drawing the knees in but this was so fun and reminded me of my college days when I did Pilates classes at the campus gym. Can’t wait for the rest of the month!

    I really love your workouts!! I’ve been doing the January challenge and it’s the first time that I’m consistent with a workout plan because your videos are so tough but at the same time so relaxing I can’t get enough 😆😆

    today I finished my first week
    I really love this challenge and I think I will be in love with Pilates for the rest of my life
    I started the challenge late so I think from tomorrow I will do it as the date says so from 20-Friday

    I am following your Pilates challenge, but I am scared to do any that aren't beginners specific because I am plus size. So far so good! The knee pressure got me on this one.

      always take it at whatever pace works for you!! also feel free to fold your mat in half or place a small pillow under your knees to give a more more cushion and support 💛

    I think today is day 5! For me this was a little hit easier than the one before. I really enjoyed it and I think my body is already improving (is that even possible after a few days? 😅)
