I struggled on the plank and drawing the knees in but this was so fun and reminded me of my college days when I did Pilates classes at the campus gym. Can’t wait for the rest of the month!

always take it at whatever pace works for you!! also feel free to fold your mat in half or place a small pillow under your knees to give a more more cushion and support 💛
