Great update. At 72 I can attest that walking at least a couple times daily does AMAZING things to one's mind, smells, senses and overall, well-being. If the weather is mild try biking. You will be a kid again! Mindful eating, is a good reminder that "you ARE what you eat." Take on the day and keep on moving!
True. Fortunately 6 hours a day. It will impact pre-existing conditions. Many classes are helpful, socially depending on your location. Being around people that do not share your learning and love of being alone, can be insulting and draining. Small towns can be rigid dens of deceit and gossip. Mindful eating is good advice. When you work nights, many activities are not available.
Practicing mindfulness is such a gift! Focusing on the present moment can bring peace and clarity. It’s a great way to let go of worries and truly enjoy life. 🌼
