While not the most consistent strategy, I will say that Alt ultimate is really fun. Blowing up the opponents field, then de fusing and swinging for 9000 will never not feel great.
If you control a blue-eyes card, you can banish 1 Blue-eyes ultimate dragon from your extra deck, special summon this card from your hand, this card gains 300 attack for each dragon monsters banished. Cards you control cannot be targeted by your opponent’s card effects. If this card is destroyed, you can special summon 1 banished blue-eyes monster.
Joeyman: You can tribute this card; special summon 1 "Red Eyes B. Dragon" from your hand. *If you do, you cannot special summon monsters except "Red Eyes" monsters for the rest of the turn*
Dark Star Gaming the only way to make it good, is to make it a free summon and a burn damage card, seeing that most red eyes card gives good OTK or FTK potential
Give us this: "Shining fusion: Fusion summon one Fusion monster that specifically lists Blue-Eyes White dragon as it's fusion material by sending Monsters from your hand or field to the graveyard. If you use a Blue eyes white dragon you control as fusion material, any "blue eyes" monsters in your hand and on your field are treated as Blue eyes white dragon for this fusion summon only. Once per turn, if this card is in your graveyard (quick effect): Banish this card and return a Blue-Eyes fusion monster from your field to your extra deck, then if any materials listed on the fusion monster are in the graveyard, special summon as many of this monsters from your graveyard. You can not special summon monsters from the extra deck the turn you activate this effect, except fusion monsters."
The fact it’s not a contact Fusion is highly disappointing, unless Blue-Eyes gets their own fusion spell. This will probably face the same fate as Neo Ultimate, and not see play, though if this sees play I can see Neo Ultimate being splashed as a second fusion target. It should’ve worked like ABC dragon buster.
Bronce V idk I generally don’t like decks getting Fusions that’s aren’t contact Fusions unless they have an archetype specific fusion spell. Polymerization isn’t that great of a card, Dragons Mirror is better but it still will require you to banish 3 Blue-Eyes/Alternatives from your GY in a deck with a ton of revival spells.
Bren fair enough. I just feel banishing 3 Blue-Eyes is a lot, since you’re only running 6 copies, being regular and Alternative. If this was “Blue-Eyes monsters” and could count Solid Dragon and Dragon Spirit, Id be a bit more lenient on it. Idk, just my initial reaction. When I say contact Fusion, I tend to also apply things like ABC Dragon Buster allowing contact Fusion from the GY.
@@brenthebli I mean, I'm sure a fusion monster enthusiast will run tech to mitigate that issue, like pot of acquisitiveness or DDR and the likes. Besides, couldn't you just use King of the Swamp and The Light - Hex-sealed Fusion?
Run Dragon's Mirror. That way you don't go neg unless you banish something on the field for the Fusion Summon. Cards like Dragon Shrine & Foolish Burial OR Advanced Ritual Art (if summoning Chaos MAX) make this setup easier.
If we have a deck that uses primarily d as r fiends and you can easily get 5 monsters out I can see it being a 1 of in the side deck. Also there's the dinosaur link that can change type and attribute.
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Darkness Dragon DARK Dragon/Fusion/Effect ATK: 4500 DEF: 4000 3x Blue-Eyes Darkness Dragon, OR 3 DARK Dragon monsters. This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon monster in your GY or banished zone. Once per turn: You can target up to 3 cards your opponent controls and destroy them, if you do banish them face down. If the destroyed targets were monsters, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destoyed monsters levels/ranks x 200. During either players turn; if this card would be affected by an opponents card effect, you can banish this card: negate the effect and if you do, banish it. During end phase after this card was banished by its own effect; Special Summon it. (How's my idea?)
I'd love to see a wave of Red-Eyes support where it "copies" the Blue-Eyes cards, but in kind of a horrific way. For example, a Red-Eyes fusion monster that required 3 or more Red-Eyes cards, gains effects from certain ones and gains stats based on the number used. Artwork could be one body with a writhing mass of heads. Call it "Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" or something. Like, Red-Eyes attempts to catch up to Blue-Eyes but goes much further in seeking power. That would be a day-one purchase for me.
You could technically OTK with this card by using De-Fusion but that's such a specific combo that I wouldn't bother. The fact that it basically comes with a cost of 1 Main Deck and 1 Extra Deck space is what makes this card interesting imo and gives a potential comeback play which is cool. They also released a new Malefic and Cubic card but neither of them are any good so
@kevin rianto thx man, I think the card is fine since u can attack with the monster and you can still use it for link summon or XYZ so I think you wont have it banished anyway.
To be fair it can be used to get rid of annoyances like Storming Mirror Force that is essentially the bane of Chaos MAX. A combo of Dragon Shrine + Advanced Ritual Art + Dragon's Mirror makes this easy to pull off.
Well, in the anime Kiba would just make this, blow up everything and then use de-fusion. Hardly ever happen in real life, but damn it would be fun to pull off.
But to defuse you couldn't use Dragon's mirror, Kaiba wpuld probably just use Return from tge Different dimension since he ran that card for his convoluted XYZ play and it results in moar dragons.
@@Ahloveyafuhso Well that's just plain false. You want to sink your ENTIRE HAND into a move that loses to Solemn Judgement? That's indefensible when such better cards exist.
I mean you could just splash Chaos MAX into your Blue-Eyes deck even if it isn't your deck's focus, as long as you have other Blue-Eyes strategies to rely on. Chaos Form is searchable with Bingo Machine, which is a very versatile Blue-Eyes support card that can be played in any Blue-Eyes deck to search any Blue-Eyes card, and Chaos MAX itself is searchable with any Blue-Eyes search card, notably Melody of Awakening Dragon. As long as you have other go-to strats, like Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon or Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon, you don't have to build your deck around only Chaos MAX Dragon. But to be fair, you know more about this game than I do, especially at high levels of play, so I honestly trust your judgement more than my own, those are just my 2 cents.
"The deck is too normal summon reliant and its best cards are a worse pot of duality and a fire king island? Yeah let's give them *_a fucking ritual_* "
Wait a minute wait a minute? 🤔🤔 Dzeefs actually admitting chaos max is a more feasible strategy then another strategy. By the gods the world must me ending 😂😂😂 all love lol
I thought its destroy effects sucked because it cant attack until i realize it destroys all cards, not just monsters. Good way to clear backrow for your 3k beat sticks. Oh and now, chaos max can be slapped on a normal blue eyes deck without a lot of card space being taken up. Just need abyss blue eyes, chaos ritual, and chaos max and you are good to go
Red-Eyes Alternative is pretty okay. It fits an established way the deck can play and it’s definitely a 3-of. The problems Red-Eyes as a deck has are 1. no focused playstyle, their support is all over the place and 2. Dragon support tends to be made for Blue-Eyes in a way that can’t help Red-Eyes. Just as one example, but Red-Eyes can’t use Melody.
I feel like if blue-eyes alternative white dragon and alternative ultimate dragon were able to attack the same turn the activated their abilities, it would still be pretty balanced fair compared to other meta decks.
You're opponent gets smart when playing with their guardragon deck, they side-in super poly just for those blue-eyes players to bring out Five-Headed Dragon for the lols
As an experienced Blue Eyes player, I will say this about both this card and Chaos Max. Neither of them can just be splashed into a blue eyes deck. The decks central core strategy will have to be built around one or the other, and nothing more if your ever expected to pull off a win of any kind. Either in casual, or meta game play, these 2 cards will be your decks primary focus if you even want to see them when you need them to be on the field.
I added this into my main deck (Blue-Eyes obviously), and I can see numerous uses for it. I use a custom OTK strategy I haven't seen anyone else using, and while OTK is a main build, I can see moments of use for it when OTK no longer becomes an option but crowd control is needed.
If this had a 1 card fusion spell to accompany it, then it'd be a really nice addition to any Blue-Eyes deck, but sadly, it does not, so the card may as well not even exist since the way to summon it is a joke. It doesn't even have a GY effect, like Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate does if sent to the GY for MegaZaborg, etc. Unfortunately, Neo's GY effect doesn't really help Chaos MAX since it already is immune to being targeted, which means if this prevented destruction to a Blue-Eyes monster, like Return of the Dragon Lords, then it'd be great from the start. But, sadly the best defense for Chaos MAX against Borrelsword/Borreload is to just get lucky with the trap card "Ultimate Creature of Destruction," which probably should have been a hand trap, since it'll probably not last on the field, especially if searched from Bingo and the opponent knows it's coming. If only this card had that as a GY effect. lol Another problem with Chaos MAX or rather the new Chaos monsters is they don't have much synergy. Magician of Chaos would be able to summon Magician of Black Chaos MAX, and Impcantations help, but because Magician of Black Chaos MAX is level 8 and not 7, Chaos Form would not be able to summon it by banishing Dark Magician from the GY (just as Advanced Ritual Art would not by sending DM...a problem shared with the lv 8 Lord of Red in lv 7 Red-Eyes decks). That means you'd actually be better running Magician of Black Chaos MAX in Blue-Eyes decks rather than Dark Magician decks, despite Magician of Chaos attempting to be the only card in the mess with any kind of synergy but ultimately being a failure. I'm sure a new Chaos Form ritual spell would do the trick, just as a new Blue-Eyes Fusion or even Dark Magician Fusion Spell would, but would Konami be so generous? Nahhh
I just wish that Alternative and Neo had the effect of being treated as the original Ultimate Dragon. I mean sure, the effects are nice (Particularly the Protection), but you actually can't use stuff like Neutron Blast or Shining Dragon with these cards. (And sure none of the mentioned cards are worth running in the meta but then why not appeal to the casual base as well?)
1) Not a Nomi 2) Has good protection and GREAT battle stats 3) Can clear your opponent's board like crazy, especially if Alternate BEWD is used as Fusion Material Not bad at all for what is now the THIRD version of Ultimate Blue-Eyes. Obviously its big weaknesses are its Fusion Material requirements and vulnerability to non-targeting, non-destruction removal but that much is to be expected. I can definitely see this getting play in BEWD decks in 2019 and beyond...
This card is a HUGE pain to summon, but it seems like a semi-decent option in a Blue Eyes side deck against more grindy, resource based duels. Maybe against heavy backrow decks that don't want to get smacked with an almost-harpie's-feather-duster. The card isn't too good and should have had an *alternate* summoning condition like contact fusion or something, but it's not *bad*
I honestly see Konami making Alternative forms for all the older monsters. I mean they've made Red Eyes Alternative Black Dragon and Blue Eyes Alternative White Dragon. A Stardust Alternative Dragon or Alternative Cyber Dragon would be pretty cool.
Alternatives are made due to Kazuki Takahashi and his manga canon movie, The Dark Side of Dimensions. It is natural that he would make new cards for his original characters. It was pretty easy to guess Red Eyes would/should get an Alternative because Kaiba got one. He's always behind Kaiba.
This is the small issue I have. You don't need to build half your deck for MAX, you just run 1 MAX and 1 Chaos Form in your Blue Eyes deck. The name has Blue Eyes in it for a reason, it belongs in a Blue Eyes deck and you're most likely gonna be running 3 Blue Eyes and 3 Alts so it's gonna be fairly easy to summon if you get him. And it isn't hard to search for him, Melody. There's so many things you can do in a Blue Eyes deck so it's not hard at all and isn't a problem running 1 MAX in a deck. There's 0 need to add foder into a deck that can get him out with ease and with basically no bad side. Other then that, this fusion is dope as hell. I hope we get it soon. And again there is a lot of good cards for Blue Eyes so I'm positive you will at least have 1 extra Blue Eyes on the field when you pop out Alt Ult. Pop 3 cards then attack with your spare Blue Eyes.
Here’s an idea for a card. Blue-Eyes Alternative Shining Dragon Level 10 Dragon-type effect Attribute:Light. Atk:3000/Def:2500 Cannot be normal summoned or set: must be special summoned by tributing one Blue-Eyes fusion monster. This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. This card gains 300 atk for every dragon in your graveyard. Once per turn you can target 2 cards on either side of the field and destroy them. This card cannot attack the turn this effect was activated
Also could anybody explain to me what "potential" is in Red-Eyes Black Dragons? Cause I've heard that B-E are about power while R-E have potential but in what way? For what?
A lot of the Red-Eyes cards seem to be just one or two pieces of support away from being really good, and/or they're amazing besides on restriction. So a lot of Red-Eyes players defend the deck by saying it has "potential" to be good someday.
@@Dzeeff So what I can understand Red-Eyes are weak with cover of "Potential" what they never had nor have? As my second deck I wanted to touch Red-Eyes and check this potential but I see there is none actually :O
To be fair they do have SOME swarm & burn capability. It's just that other decks these days either swarm faster than Red-Eyes, or block Red-Eyes from swarming, or the restrictions on their support cards (check R.E. Fusion as a big example) kick Red-Eyes decks in the ass continually.
Red eyes alternative just gives the option of running a more focused xyz build instead of the usual fusion build, but personally I’m gonna be doing a synchro build coming soon
I could see it being good in a slower format. Not like those will ever exist again, but it does function as a massive wall and triple pop. There's potential for a grind game variant using Alternative Ultimate with a Spirit Dragon toolbox.
Since MR5, I've been refocusing my deck to be fusion based. Even if I don't top my locals, I'll have a lot of fun with these beaters. I'm still gonna try to make my deck competitive, but for now, I'm just experimenting like there's no tomorrow to make my deck the best I can possibly make it.
I like this card. It opens up more options for blue eyes play. I might go build a control and fusion based blue eyes deck when this comes out, if it does
Rather than giving us a Blue-Eyes/Dark Magician/retrained Red-Eyes Fusion Spell or retrain Chaos Form Spell, Konami gives us yet another impossible dragon to summon. Well, the Guardragons can summon it, but is it worth it since the opponent could just Borreload/Borrelsword it? Still better off going with Hot Red.
I don't even play yugioh anymore, but seeing cool fan-servicing legacy support is always a plus. Now if only instead of it skipping it's own battle phase for the turn after using it's destroy effect, battle damage from it is halved for the turn. It definitely be more playable
Which means you have to use Polymerization instead of Dragon’s Mirror. Which means you have to take a huge minus just to summon it. And you’re replacing it with weaker monsters that aren’t immune to targeting or destruction, and are much more easily stopped on your turn, and destroyed on the next. You’re also relying on an absurdly bricky, useless in any other situation, card that you can’t search.
OR use dragons mirror, go neg 0 get a giant cardpopping boi and don't get slaughtered after your board gets walloped. With Kaijus mostly gone, this guy isn't that terrible a backup plan since he needs so few main deck slots. I would splash a Dragon Mirror or two just to drop this guy fir style points. Blue Eyes almost always has enough targets in grave, and banishing vanillas from grave to go plus 3 is far from the worst thing in the world.
summon blue eyes alternative ultimate dragon, blow up three cards, then use de-fusion to summon three blues back, attack for game. won't happen too often though as you need three blues and de-fusion to work but i mean, its an extra option that the deck has.
tbh it would be fun to see a competitive deck of a Synchro Blue Eyes, Fusion Red Eyes, and a Ritual Dark Magician. I'm sure they can make it tbh ( Konami I mean )
Just because the other cards in that pack don't work for you; that doesn't mean that you should assume they won't for anyone else. Red-Eyes Alternative Black Dragon fits into my strategy and deck perfectly.
I wish it would at least flow into the classic Ultimate Dragon or Shining Dragon. Blue-Eyes needs an exclusive fusion spell that doesn't banish its materials
If you want my opinion. Komoney should release a 1 card fusion that just dumps three monsters(from your deck) that include "blue eyes" in its card text. After the ultimate dragon has done its job the spell should banish itself and bounce the Ultimate dragon to summon at least 2 of those "blue eyes" monsters from the grave. Pls.
"Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon" can only be destroyed by battle I have it. Nothing else can destroy it. Not spells, traps or monster effects. Another thing, it can't be targeted bye a card that targets everything on either side of the field unless there's another monster being targeted with it. For example you can target this card with "Burden Of The Mighty" as long as there's another card it's targeting. But if the other card it's targeting is removed than "Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon" is no longer effected.
Hello! Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon cannot be targeted at all :) Burden of the Mighty doesn't target, so that's why it works against BEAUD. All cards that target use the exact word "target," even if they target multiple monsters, so keep that in mind when trying to find cards that work against monsters like this one!
You can summon this pop 2 or 3 cards your opponent controls (if you used alteritive dragon to summon it) then use defusion split it in three then attack
I been using dragons mirror for the past few months to summon neo blue eyes ultimate to catch people off guard. Gotten a lot of otks with a surprise 4500 triple attack. Run with some hey trunades and you are set to start blasting your opponents like kaiba. Would probably use one copy of this new card
Regardless of how bad these nostalgic cards are I’ll probably still get them for my collection. I like the fact that it’s the art from the creator of the game/manga and have a sort of old manga art style. I’m more of a collector at this point anyway, but I do enjoy creative criticism of these cards that help inform non competitive people like me about the impact of good cards in the game that shape how it has evolved and that showy cards like this one are just that, meant to be in a show, not the competitive scene.
This card is extremely good in a blue eyes deck. Just pulled off this and neo alternative ultimate in 1 turn thanks to poly and dragons mirror. OTK right there. Pop 3 then have neo attack 3 times
I've seen people running de fusion fusion summoning it poping up three cards then using defusion to attack with the three blue eyes. But for the most part you can't search de fusion so you won't get that combo off consistently. what the deck needs is a fusion card now
I’m not the most knowledgeable in yugioh but in theory couldn’t you fusion summon this card use it’s effect to burn 3 cards the use de fusion to get your blues cards back and inflict 9000 damage and win the duel because essentially you could use fusion make blue eyes alternative ultimate dragon use its effect trigger de fusion then attack with your 3 3000ATK beat sticks to win the duel because you burned most if not all their field if I’m wrong someone please inform me I love to learn and who knows maybe I’m right
All the plays you said were completely legal, but it requires you to have five specific cards, including 3 of the same card and 2 (mostly) unsearchable spells. That's a ton of setup for a combo that /might/ work, so it's not very viable
I can see this card being the backup if you end up losing your Blue-Eyes or Chaos MAX. Something to recover into if you exhausted the deck's other aces.
I see a potential for the blue eyes alternative ultimate dragon. What I think you could possibly do is bring it out and use its effect to get rid of 3-2 cards and de-fusion and get rid of the rest of the cards on the field. And (granted if your opponent doesn't have a regeki or have another monsters) swing in for about 75k damage
Impcantations make the ritual variant of blue eyes with chaos max much better than traditional blue eyes. I still have fun playing chaos max in a devoted ritual deck
Well, you could summon it, clear their backrow, then drop De-Fusion to bring back your Fusion Mats. Is it the best strategy? No. Does it work? Yes. And yes, I know Evenly Matched is a thing, but Evenly Matched isn't a giant Dragon.
I have to completely disagree with you on all your points as someone who plays Blue-eyes. With a properly constructed deck there were rarely turns I didn't have Blue-eyes or alternative in hand. When I didn't there was always away to get them there so fusion summoning this would be very easy. So not a flaw in my opinion. Secondly the good Blue-eyes decks have ways to bring Blue-eyes or alternative back. So you can still flood the field easy for an OTK. This card helps a ton by acting as removal and giving a hard to destroy monster on the board. Especially since it wouldn't be to hard to get more then one of these on the field.

I summon Cyber-Stein!
@@Flash-Earth2020 Yeah but pretty much everyone is playing atleast one of the two Borrel brothers which easily deal with this card.
We just need "Fusion with eyes of blue"
Or "Blue-Eyes Fusion", so it can be searched as a "Blue-Eyes" card.
Fusions with blue-eyes monster with a spell caster or a worrior would be amazing lol
@@arctic227 I actually want their to be a fusion between either the Buster Blader and Blue Eyes or A fusion between Dark Magician and Blue Eyes, because it could be something that could help Dark magician decks with the Eye of Timaeus, or encourage Blue eyes decks to run a fusion with the Dark Magician engine, something that could actually make Dark Magician useful in competitive play or something that could be used in a two way duel.
"Fusion Summon 1 monster that uses 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' as Material by sending the appropriate materials from your Deck to the GY."
I want it to banish itself so you can defuse the ultimate dragon
Wasn't Neo Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon leaked because the card was a picture under a ferris wheel seat?
Yep lol
It was a different card that got revealed like that
MrChillaxin2010
Yes
Neo blue eyes ultimate dragon
While not the most consistent strategy, I will say that Alt ultimate is really fun. Blowing up the opponents field, then de fusing and swinging for 9000 will never not feel great.
We need "Neo Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" now
That would be amazing
Joke flew over peoples heads like Kaiba's Blue-Eyes Jet.
If "kaibaman is on the field destroy this card, and special summon 'Outstanding dog maron' from your Deck or hand"
... *You can banish this card from your graveyard, add one Lvl 7 or higher Red Eyes monster from your deck to your hand.*
@@Khan-_-Art1st you seem to be missing the point. The joke is that it's a worse card that Kaibaman, you should be adding negatives not positives.
Can't be targeted or destroyed by card effects has 4500 attack so it's a better obelisk + an extra effect
You can not special summon monsters from the extra deck the turn you activate this effect, except fusion monsters."
you could make one on deviantart you know
Petition to make this an actual card.
@@cameraredeye3115 The Blue-Eyes archetype (especially BEAWD and BEAUD) seems tailor-made for Dragon's Mirror tbh. :3
God that artwork is fantastic.
It feels real old school
You can see the 'Kaz' on all the cards. Not a big fan of his colouring as of late.
I own this card, it’s really awesome art but I still like the original Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon better. I hope this comment doesn’t sound rude.
The Exodia is also just “fanservice”. Konami knows that opponents won’t always have Dark Fiends, they clearly just made it for fun lmao
If we have a deck that uses primarily d as r fiends and you can easily get 5 monsters out I can see it being a 1 of in the side deck. Also there's the dinosaur link that can change type and attribute.
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Darkness Dragon
DARK
Dragon/Fusion/Effect
ATK: 4500
DEF: 4000
3x Blue-Eyes Darkness Dragon, OR 3 DARK Dragon monsters.
You can special summon this card from your GY or banished Zone by banishing 1 Level 12 Blue-Eyes Fusion monster you control. (Except Blue-Eyes Ultimate Darkness Dragon.) This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon monster in your GY or banished zone.
I don't think I'll be satisfied until Blue-Eyes gets a Link monster.
2022 yugioh player let me introduce you to ultimate fusion XD
I'd love to see a wave of Red-Eyes support where it "copies" the Blue-Eyes cards, but in kind of a horrific way.
For example, a Red-Eyes fusion monster that required 3 or more Red-Eyes cards, gains effects from certain ones and gains stats based on the number used. Artwork could be one body with a writhing mass of heads. Call it "Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" or something.
Like, Red-Eyes attempts to catch up to Blue-Eyes but goes much further in seeking power.
That would be a day-one purchase for me.
“little OTK potential”
*laughs in neutron blast*
I can't tell what's ironic anymore
Konami: introducing "Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate White Dragon!"
Me: shit up and take my money!
Look at me watching this video like I actually know how to play the modern version of this game...
**cries self to sleep**
1. SS BEAWD, pop a card.
2. FS BEAUD, pop 3 cards.
3. Play De-Fusion.
4. Profit.
Not a BEWD channel
A lewd channel
Not a Chaos Max Dragon channel
Sub to BEWDipie
Is that meme still fresh
You could technically OTK with this card by using De-Fusion but that's such a specific combo that I wouldn't bother.
The fact that it basically comes with a cost of 1 Main Deck and 1 Extra Deck space is what makes this card interesting imo and gives a potential comeback play which is cool.
They also released a new Malefic and Cubic card but neither of them are any good so
What is the new Malefic card? It sucks to hear it's bad since I like that archtype for some reason.
Why don't you use a raigeki instead? A poli plus 3 materials and can't even otk. Save all those resources and play generic board wipes!!
Mr Kill jr. Backrow?
Well, in the anime Kiba would just make this, blow up everything and then use de-fusion. Hardly ever happen in real life, but damn it would be fun to pull off.
But to defuse you couldn't use Dragon's mirror, Kaiba wpuld probably just use Return from tge Different dimension since he ran that card for his convoluted XYZ play and it results in moar dragons.
I thought kiba was a character in DxD, not yugioh. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
@@classymofo1059 My first thought was Naruto, ashamed to say...
Kiba ran a Dog Xyz deck. Get your facts checked.
@@Ahloveyafuhso Well that's just plain false. You want to sink your ENTIRE HAND into a move that loses to Solemn Judgement? That's indefensible when such better cards exist.
I'm a Red-Eyes Player in 2019, and i've been asking myself: Why konami hates me?
Because you prefer Joey's dragon instead of Kaiba's
because literally kaiba is running konami
I know this video came out a year ago, but we need Red-Eyes ultimate fusion or Red-Eyes twin fusion
Why is all of my Dark Magician support garbage?
This is dumb.
Why do you play Dark Magician? That's dumb
Just kidding bro, kinda sad all it's support is garbage
"The deck is too normal summon reliant and its best cards are a worse pot of duality and a fire king island? Yeah let's give them *_a fucking ritual_* "
@@sartouhou8349 not just A fucking ritual.....TWO FUCKING RITUALS.......why.........

Wait a minute wait a minute? 🤔🤔 Dzeefs actually admitting chaos max is a more feasible strategy then another strategy. By the gods the world must me ending 😂😂😂 all love lol
Shame Dimension Fusion is banned. it'd be cool to summon this with Dragon Mirror then summon all the fusion material back.
Dark Magician was Tier 1... in our hearts
Just as one example, but Red-Eyes can’t use Melody.
i like to think Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon name becomes Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon on the field or gy
I use a custom OTK strategy I haven't seen anyone else using, and while OTK is a main build, I can see moments of use for it when OTK no longer becomes an option but crowd control is needed.
as a duel links player , the effects on these cards seem insane
If only this card had that as a GY effect. lol
Another problem with Chaos MAX or rather the new Chaos monsters is they don't have much synergy.
1) Not a Nomi
2) Has good protection and GREAT battle stats
3) Can clear your opponent's board like crazy, especially if Alternate BEWD is used as Fusion Material
Not bad at all for what is now the THIRD version of Ultimate Blue-Eyes. Obviously its big weaknesses are its Fusion Material requirements and vulnerability to non-targeting, non-destruction removal but that much is to be expected. I can definitely see this getting play in BEWD decks in 2019 and beyond...
They really made this random card and STILL haven’t made a Red eyes-ultimate dragon
Kaiba really gets into that kind of music genre is he...
Blue Eyes now needs an Fusion spell like Shadoll fusion or the new Destiny Hero fusions.
This bad boy just won me a duel this weekend. Thank you, awaken the Dragon!
He's always behind Kaiba.
about alternative's destruction effect, you can use it's effect to pop 3 cards, defusion BEAUD and attack with the 3 dragons used for it's effect
What are these for artworks?! The look really good!
Uganda Knuckles Takahashi made the art for these new cards. There’s also an Exodia who has the colors of Nightmare from Metroid Fusion.
You see my brudah this is the power of blue eyes your bitch is a false prophet I spit mucus at you
Dragon's Mirror makes this card super super playable even today, using Dragon Shrine and Trade In/Melody/Etc turn 1 Alternative Ultimate
Blue-Eyes Alternative Shining Dragon
Level 10 Dragon-type effect
Attribute:Light.
Atk:3000/Def:2500
Cannot be normal summoned or set: must be special summoned by tributing one Blue-Eyes fusion monster. This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. This card gains 300 atk for every dragon in your graveyard. Once per turn you can target 2 cards on either side of the field and destroy them. This card cannot attack the turn this effect was activated
As a Blue Eyes player and a fusion player im excited for this card!
It comes from the OG anime, and I mean the real OG anime referred to as season 0, yugi says this in a duel
@@Dzeeff So what I can understand Red-Eyes are weak with cover of "Potential" what they never had nor have? As my second deck I wanted to touch Red-Eyes and check this potential but I see there is none actually :O
Luna Drarga it’s a quote from season 0 of yugioh “ While blue eyes bring power, red eyes bring potential”
Aren’t we gonna talk about how cool the dark magician’s artwork is?!
They need to bring back the original cast of Yugi oh with the new support cards for Blue eyes, dark magician and red eyes
Alright, time for Chaos MAX Alternative Dragon!
As a Blue Eyes Player, I just want it just cause of how amazing the art work is
Red eyes alternative just gives the option of running a more focused xyz build instead of the usual fusion build, but personally I’m gonna be doing a synchro build coming soon
I swear man im marking out i waited for this for so long
I could see it being good in a slower format.
I'm still gonna try to make my deck competitive, but for now, I'm just experimenting like there's no tomorrow to make my deck the best I can possibly make it.
updateee
There's a way to OTK now with de-fusion. Use this fusion boss to clear the field then defusion to get 3 blue eyes out.
Blow up the field then defusion
Which means you have to use Polymerization instead of Dragon’s Mirror. Which means you have to take a huge minus just to summon it. And you’re replacing it with weaker monsters that aren’t immune to targeting or destruction, and are much more easily stopped on your turn, and destroyed on the next.
You’re also relying on an absurdly bricky, useless in any other situation, card that you can’t search.
Why don't you use a raigeki instead? A poli plus 3 materials and can't even otk. Save all those resources and play generic board wipes!!
Pls.
See you guys in a few days for 'Commenters Don't Understand Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon', 👋
do you think alternate dragon and alternate ultimate dragon will ever come to duel links?
This card helps my pure fusion build. I do wish we got like a blue-eyes fusion card.
But for the most part you can't search de fusion so you won't get that combo off consistently. what the deck needs is a fusion card now
If they announce a searchable blue-eyes fusion spell I feel it’ll be worth it
Blue-Eyes is power, Red-Eyes is potential is just a line from the first YGO movie. The one made before Konami got the rights.
Well, we do now when this card is coming out. August 30, in the gold Sarcophagus Mega Tin.
Dzeef 2019: "I like blue-eyes a lot"
When other monsters have protection from effects everybody loses their shit but when a blue eyes monster gets a condom effect they love it smh
The hardest part is getting dragons mirror/poly in a normal blue-eyes build. You can easily get the monsters with melody.
