I think someone deliberately took her out there to leave her there. Not sure who would have wanted to do such a thing but that’s the conclusion I keep coming to.
Probably yes but I don't remember that he deeply review this case!!!! I been watching every program with him!! I'm gonna gently suggest this case on his comments section!!!! Thanks for video like always great job 💪💪
I don't think her parents cared, after all they were probably the ones that left her there to die. The parents didn't allow anyone to interview her siblings despite them sleeping in the same room as her, if that isn't suspicious as fuck I don't know what is, the parents smell like shit.
Haha, you 2 are funny! I AM a proper grammar Nazi, I notice all these things and it drives me nuts. Things are so much harder to read and make sense of when grammar and punctuation are poor. People HATE when you correct them, like you're doing it to be an a-hole rather than guide and teach.

@@patrickglaser1560 not when its physically impossible Patrick, she had disabilities, all the rocks ect she would've been cut to shreds with her stumbling and falling because of he physical disabilities.I get what you mean but I just don't see it with this lass.
@@patrickglaser1560 I don't doubt that, however, in cases like these it is not just the distance, but the type of terrain covered in that time period that really makes it unusual. From experience, descriptions of the terrain do not always give an appropriate understanding of it - you really need to see photos of the area to get a better idea of the feat in question.
From military accounts during WW2 , in the same area, movement was very, very hard and very slow. I think the poor girl would have been almost immobile. Something very much out of the ordinary occurred in my opinion.
@@tillylos1159 I have a child who's disabled & non verbal , alot of times they don't understand "pain sensors" and such like "atypical" people do. That could also explain why she was found naked, maybe she was when she decided to leave for whatever reason (extremely common on autism.) So yeah, she may have shredded up her feet and such being out there and died from the elements/shock / burst ulcer from stress.
Yay, perfect timing! Just got my lunch and I'm going to sit down, eat and watch my favorite creator on UA-cam! Your missing 411/creepy/unsolved videos are INCREDIBLE! Your hardwork does not go unnoticed 💛
Adam I just want you to know that I really enjoy the commentary on your videos (and I usually hate videos in that format). Your thoughts regarding the cases are always insightful, objective and practical and you treat each case with respect. In a sea of quantity it's nice to find some quality in this genre.
if the family did it, why would they have spent the entire investigation telling the police to look into foul play? They would literally be leading the blame to themselves if that were the case. If they indeed had a part in it why would they insist that someone took her when the police were initially adamant that she wandered off on her own? It seems like a convenient way to cover your tracks to agree with the cops when they say that, but the family disagreed the whole time. Therefore, I don't think they had any part of an abduction.
I agree with this wholeheartedly. I find it very difficult to believe that they had a part in this. Though, I have been criticized in the past that I try to see too much good in people
@@MissingVoidTV While that may be true on your part, idk I just found the channel, I don't see them having a part in this. However it would be an incredible cover if they did. Much like us, no one would ever really suspect them of it. I don't believe they did but they must be investigated just as thoroughly as everyone else.
Jon Benet Ramsey, and Madeleine McCanns parents both insist on a foul play third party abduction, too, and the latter insists she wouldnt leave on her own to this day. Most of the world believes them guilty. It means nothing. Inventing invisible boogymen to get the eyes off them.
My heart sank when I heard the windows were not secure. Being a mother of one, Hearing sad stories about people with disabilities breaks my heart. Thank you for your excellent coverage of this. You are smart to point out how the media runs with a story and don’t seem to care to get the facts right.
I wish we knew more about her developmental disabilities, considering the fact she was in a foreign environment. after working with people on the spectrum and with other disabilities for a long time, I would personally not feel comfortable taking my daughter into a situation like that if her condition was serious enough. I do absolutely think the factors in this case are very strange but I'm also not even sure what the evidence actually is because of the unreliable reporting. I read somewhere that her family claimed she literally couldn't walk in the way required to get lost but that the police found footage from the airport showing Nora walking normally and unaided. I feel like I can't trust anything I've read about the case but the general sense of it is definitely really strange. it's kind of hard for me to criticize the strangeness of the culture involved though, people need to be aware of what they're getting into when they travel around the world. am I the only one who is questioning why the family brought her there and left her alone in a bedroom in the middle of a jungle if her condition was as serious as suggested? they certainly don't deserve what happened but I can't ignore their legitimate responsibility in this situation.
agree with you 100% about the media reports. the narrator in this video states multiple times "she ONLY had cuts on her feet and bruising on her legs" and "the area she was found in was in a clearing, easy to see" but he also reads a report from a witness who found her that states "he saw cuts and bruises on her arms and the area was hard to find" so to me, that witness report sounds a lot like someone who'd trekked through the woods and couldve been missed by someone who looked over the area previously. i honestly think this whole thing has been made out to be a lot more mysterious than it really was due to poor reporting
@@TK-ui2th I might not have any experience with hiking through the jungle but when one of my dogs was younger he would find ways to run off and usually it was when my parents were gone and I was alone. So I ended up chasing after him a couple of times in bare feet. Strangely I never received cuts on my feet but then again the area I lived in had most of the rocks buried under soil and/or made smooth by weathering and age. So I have to agree this was made to be more mysterious than it really was. Also I would like to know her exact disabilities and her personality. Those can be key in understanding a victim. So say she was curious, she might have managed to find a way to sneak out without alerting anyone only to get horribly lost due to it not being a familiar environment.
@@mirandagoldstine8548 Jungle is nothing like the forest. Suffice it to say that anyone with experience of both (like myself) knows that they are as alike as city and country.
They probably wanted some respite so decided on a family vacation away from high tourist areas and busy cities. I'm sure they are good parents and doing the best they could. Providing there daughter with a holiday too.
almost makes me wonder if they walked her out into the jungle. Granted it would have been difficult to navigate at night but given how early in the morning it was and how remote it was they could have easily taken her out very near or shortly after sunrise then come back and called the police
First night in a strange place/home/bed, jet lagged, excited about seeing a near by waterfall.... I think she was confused, exhausted, excited, couldn't sleep (possibly in pain) and wandered into the jungle. Her parents said she couldn't walk but she was seen on airport footage walking unassisted... jet lag & excitement can make anyone confused (not to mention the stomach issue which could have started before she dissapeared). She might have hidden from rescuers because they were strangers & she was scared. It's honestly mindboggling how many special needs people (and small children) go missing in a vast area of nature & then are found (or remains located) further than anyone imagined they could travel... strangely they're usually found near water too.
It's a documented thing that kids sometimes hide from search and rescue. When asked why they hid , they say because they were scared. Autistic kids are often scared of strangers
I have several family members with learning disabilities, and have worked as a caretaker for people with varying mental disabilities, and I honestly cannot even fathom the fear her family must have felt (& still do). This is the worst of nightmares. Poor girl, and poor family. It doesn't seem that absurd to me that it was foul play. It's hard to imagine that my family members with learning disabilities would ever wander off, especially if we had the conversation with them not to and explained the dangers (which I'm sure her parent's did).
Crazy case. So sad and mind-boggling. Just like some of those 411 cases where they turn up in places that don't make sense. Great video my brother. Its appreciated. Always a 👍
@Robert Anderson of a 411 case? Being near wilderness? Missing people with no concrete explanation as to how they disappeared. Or them being found miles away from where they went missing, sometimes in impossible terrain?
@Robert Anderson thats the whole reason for missing 411, when the reason a person goes missing is unknown and very peculiar. All the 411 stories have no answer to how a person disappeared the way they did, and if they are found alive they can't remember what happened to them.
@Robert Anderson those aren't so weird, but a special needs girl traversing kilometers of jungle in the night or a 4 year old showing up miles away from where he disappeared in the desert half way up a cliff face is suspect at best. The kid in the desert is an actual 411 case.
Malaysian here. I just wanted to clarify that it is not our culture to believe in shamanic rituals especially where crime is concerned. Only a handful of primitive people do. Like you mentioned, the police were under intense pressure which is probably why they resorted to doing that. Some of us do think that maybe the family was involved in her disappearance and passing, but how and why still remain largely a mystery.
Thank you for bringing sense into this conversation. Blaming all bad stuff that happens on myths and legends is extremely dangerous and naive, so once again, thank you.
@@maximillian1109 exactly. The number of people in these comments with “omg the world is sooo mysterious and spirits must have taken her” is truly worrisome lol this sort of thing is common in certain countries, the police may be understaffed, under trained or completely inept and when westerns come in and demand the same level of policing they get in their home country, the police involved get stressed and just want to get it over with so they can stop having the literal world shouting at them for answers. To believe a genie took a girl and then only brought her back bc some shaman asked nicely would require extraordinary evidence to be believed. Instead it’s just “we don’t think she could have made it, must be supernatural”. Same bullshit rationale of ancient aliens lol just bc you can’t imagine how something happens doesn’t mean it happened outside the rules of reality. Sorry 😂
Rich white ppl don't value children the way every other culture does. She was likely seen as a burden and they finally decided to bring her out to the jungle to leave her there, and then play victim.
A lot of media and commentators around the world tend to lazily resort to stereotypes, tropes and other such shortcuts when reporting on events from other countries and regions not their own, consciously or unconsciously. In my opinion your commentary and analysis is a shining exception and example of thorough, even handed treatment and stands unsullied by such laziness, bias or tendency. It happens (IMO) way too often in western media and commentary including at times even the best known media houses such as the BBC or NYT.. Just for that you deserve a lot of praise. Keep it up.
This is starting to remind me of the cases where this guy went missing in the jungle, and local medicine men blamed it on Duende..they gave them offerings over a couple strait days, and actually recovered the kid! I forget the guy's name..but this channel covered the case 👍
That was one of the strangest cases I've ever came across, and one of my favourites! Adam done a great job of covering that case on this channel! 💯👍🏻😉💜
I'm so suspicious of the resort -- I would think a wide scale search of any and all out buildings, staff areas, and supply areas would be important as well as guest rooms and bungalows. Furthermore, vehicles of staff members as well as looking for answers in the nearby communities.
There is an update on this case. "A Malaysian court has overturned the findings of an inquest into the death of the French-Irish teenager Nora Anne Quoirin, stating that the coroner was wrong to conclude she died as a result of misadventure. The high court judge Azizul Azmi Adnan instead issued an open verdict, which does not rule out the possibility of criminal involvement and could pave the way for further investigations into her disappearance." (The Guardian)
Hi there!.. First of all, I'm a MALAYSIAN.. and me and my friends were there, when the searching party assembled , including Malaysian's VAT69 COMMANDOS. As our plans to go hiking were cancelled, we volunteered on anything that we could, including preparing drinks to the search party,as my friend worked in that resort as a caterer. We do saw Nora's family ,grew more and more worried and those involved scoured larger areas...one of my friend, suddenly got really afraid and kinda begging us to accompany him to go home with him.. he dared not to go back, crossing the area alone.. Me, in a sense , I mean ,got the feeling of being watched or do feel weird.. but we manned up ,bcoz at that time ,there's a lot of people involved, including journalists, newscasters and villagers..I'm not that brave nor a coward, bcoz as a Muslim , we believe that there's something BEYOND .. and what we learned later, after a villager recited Adzan or a calling for a prayer, Nora's were found and the location baffled most of us..No doubt, this unfortunate case involving the Other dimensions..Nora was a person with a special need, and this 'things' seems to be taking advantages of that speciality... Even one of the elite force vetarans said to me when he's drinking water we served that, he could really feel that she's somewhere near, but was kinda hidden. This veteran were lost of his words .Understandably, this is his own judgements and cannot be made public bcoz it's puzzling... And he said as his final words, * Ya' know kids, this is the same feeling I felt , when involved in MH370 searched and rescue.....hopelessness and stucked * this tragic loss really made me and my friends feel terrible due our ability to do more than serving drinks at that time.. .. .... ...
I love this newer format for ur videos Adam..with video of u telling us this story, rather than just ur voice 👍 also,ur incredibly respectful of the families of the missing in question..this is an important thing for those of us in the comment section to to keep in mind as well. It's terrible to have a family member pass away, but I cannot image the pain that comes with a loved one just disappearing! We all should be mindful of these families in the future
I'm glad you prefer it Katreni, thank you. And I agree that respect for the family is 100% necessary until there's solid evidence to suggest otherwise. Though, when there's no evidence of anything, you can see why people get angry
I live in Dublin,Ireland, and im sure it was said by Nora's parent's that they heard voice's the night Nora went missing. If the searcher's boot sole's were shreaded how had Nora's feet not that badly damaged?Something very fishy about this whole case.
I think it's going to be very difficult to get any real answers to this case unfortunately, I hope that all the coverage on this case helps others in some way to be safe and to look out for one another in these kinds of areas
Another thorough and thoughtful presentation. Maybe third party involvement is the true answer. It seems to come down to timing. Perhaps Nora’s stress was caused by being with unfamiliar persons and in an unfamiliar, troubling situation. If she died while she was in captivity, then perhaps there was not enough time for ransom efforts to be organized and executed. Unfortunately, what seems to be more common in the present day, religion and superstition often conveniently hide one’s true intentions or perhaps a group’s intentions. I find it coincidental that after the Shamans held a ceremony, Nora was returned the next day. Perhaps those familiar with the environment (by virtue of having lived in the jungle) knew to walk in the stream to be untraced. Resulting cuts and bruises were a result of her being carried. It feels like a bait and switch. By this I mean, Nora dies in captivity, making it impossible for ransom claims, suddenly the police invite Shamans to find her, soon after she is returned. So while everyone is attending the ceremony, the true perpetrators were running in the opposite direction undetected while placing Nora. I think she never left the buildings. I think it’s possible, she was still at the hotel in another room or building. She easily could have been lifted up and carried somewhere to be held while the perpetrators organized potential ransom requests. What I find compelling is that her parents have not given up the search for answers. To me, this means they may suspect that there was a coordination between authorities.. a sort of embezzlement, where all the money is split up later. I realize I sound like I watch to much cinema. However, I think my scenario could be possible. It’s just far to convenient to claim mysterious spirits are responsible for her disappearance. Simply put- I think it was a botched kidnapping.
Absolutely impossible that she would be able to climb out a window, walk in the dark thick woods barefooted without any assistance; she would be crying her eyes out. And when they find her she had no major wounds on here body and more importantly her feet were not torn and bloody from the rugged terrain. Do they think ppl are stupid????🧐 Something strange happened and the police don’t want to admit to it.
@Catriona O Donovan Maybe you should do some extensive research into the 411 phenomenon before you go accusing her mother or parents of a heinous crime. I am willing to bet anything that her parents or family had nothing to do with her disappearance. The fact that she had no injuries, they couldn't determine the cause of death and she was found near a body of water all point to a 411 case. NOTHING about 411 cases makes any sense which is why they are categorized as 411 cases in the first place. Not to mention the fact that it was her parents who insisted her death be classified as suspicious because the police were initially going to right it off as a misadventure. Do you really think her mum would insist on keeping the case open if she had anything to do with her daughter's death? Use some common sense.
@@christylsiar1435 Did you actually listen to this podcast? Because I recall him saying that her feet were in remarkably good condition for someone who had supposedly been traipsing around the jungle for nearly a week. 😐
@Catriona O Donovan Wow, THREE replies! I appear to have touched a nerve huh? Regardless, yes YOU'RE (not your) entitled to your opinion but you're not entitled to YOUR OWN SET OF FACTS! And if you ARE going to express an opinion (and no, your opinion doesn't BROTHER me it BOTHERS me) at least know what the hell you're expressing an opinion about! As I suspected you appear to know or understand very little about the Missing 411 phenomenon. You said that in Missing 411 cases people only go missing in the woods. That is absolutely laughable! You could not be more wrong. David Paulides (not polides and people's names are supposed to be capitalized btw) has written about people who have gone missing under strange circumstances in URBAN areas as well. He wrote an entire book just on urban disappearances alone. It's called "A Sobering Coincidence". You might want to give it read. There are stories of people dissappearing from college dorms, hotel rooms, backyard parties, pubs and clubs and even their own apartments just to name a few. All with the same bizarre criteria. Almost all those that are found are found in or near bodies of water. With their shoes or items of clothing missing. No visible injuries, and no cause of death can be determined. They are also often found in areas previously searched as well. Sound familiar??? And yes people go missing in the woods all the time. But David Paulides doesn't document every case of someone going missing in the woods. Only the cases that include the very specific Missing 411 criteria. Do you have any knowledge of what those specific criteria are? Judging from your comments I seriously doubt it. And no I don't consider myself an expert but clearly I know a hell of a lot more about it than you do. If you're going to accuse someone of being responsible for a person's dissappearence and subsequent death you, at the very least, have an obligation to familiarise yourself with all aspects of the circumstances of their disappearance. And in this case that includes the very obvious similarities between this girl's disappearance and other Missing 411 cases. Her parents are NOT involved in this and it's appalling that due to your willfull ignorance you would even suggest that they are. They are grieving parents and they deserve better than that. And you never addressed the point I made about why her mother would do everything she could to keep her daughter's case open and listed as "suspicious" if she were the one who was responsible for her disappearance in the first place. If she were involved as you're implying wouldn't it make more sense that she'd just want the investigation to go away? That's why I said you should use some common sense. But I guess sense just isn't that common anymore.
Having raised a special needs child.... I have a few questions Why did you take her out of the country to some jungle hotel. Why was she left without adult supervision? What was her specific diagnosis? Just asking.
Hey Darth, yeah what Robert said. I did consider doing a big section on that, but it's complicated and not something I am familiar with. I suppose she technically was outside of adult supervision, but she was sleeping in her room with her siblings. Everyone was still inside the cottage. It's a difficult one, they certainly need lots more care as I'm sure you could educate us all about
@@johnj1602 Interesting...why would her family say she had trouble with even walking when a resort worker claimed to have seen her run up and down without trouble? Something doesn’t add up here. Whose story are we to believe: her family or a worker’s? I think someone needs to contact her doctor to see how extreme her condition was because that would be a clue. Someone’s lying in this case and we need another person’s opinion, a medical professional’s opinion at that.
@@MissingVoidTV I'm no one to educate. Only have lessons from failure. As far as special needs it depends on what she had. That said kids should never watch other kids.
Based on all the descriptions of where she was found, unless the family was REALLY familiar with that jungle, they could not have been involved in my opinion. Additionally the parents continued to question the findings and ask questions - a guilty person would want the case wrapped up quickly - if assumed it was an accident, why question it if they were guilty.
Thank you for these videos. It really is fascinating, and any attention to these missing persons cases is a good thing. Again thank you for these videos.
What about sleeping walking? Ive done it a number of times. First was When I was away on holiday with my parents staying in an apartment I managed to somehow unlock the front door shut it behind me and walk off down the road I was lucky my dad heard the door slam and it woke him up and he chased after me. I guarantee if I would of vanished or something happened to me my parents would of said the is no way I opened the door by myself and walked off as I didn’t have a history of sleep walking and the door was double locked and seemed to high up for me to unlock but I still managed it somehow scary looking back now rest of the holiday they put a heavy book stand in front of the door
One time I passed out at a house party (drinking? Yes lol) and woke up about 10 houses down the street by police officers because I was trying to open someone's front door asleep (the house was identical to mine, cookie cutter neighborhood). Needless to say it took a bit of talking to get my stupid ass out of the handcuffs and on my way 🤣
That's really strange, & that just maybe, one of the reasons that, in the many cases of these disappearances, may have been a direct result, from the sleep walking that you had experienced. Question: On the rest of the holiday, you had mentioned that your parents had placed a heavy book stand in order to block the door. Did you experience any more episodes like that afterwards, but was unable to leave because of the book stand, or was that the only incident that you were aware of?
@@mscrikey23 very good point, that's why I personally lean twords the theory of these super advanced technological damn sneaky stealth ufos are more likely the culprit behind this particular case, & quite probably many many others.
I’ve done that once...it was the middle of winter outside Detroit, and I sleepwalked outside into my condo parking lot, in just my boxers, froze-awake in the middle of the parking lot, stumbled to the door, and slapped the call buttons on everybody’s door until somebody buzzed me in...it was a GREAT experience....😁😑

Another very thought provoking and all around great video, thank you! I’m always looking forward to your next one! You mentioned a few times about your pronunciation, and I’d like to let you know that you didn’t do too bad! With Bahasa (this means language and its said to refer to Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia, which are like 80-90% the same) the words are spelled exactly how you’d pronounce it, with a few exceptions. For example I feel like the people/ person who invented Bahasa saw the word “telephone “ and they thought “ph” sounding like “f” was ridiculous and silly, and thus they decided it should be written “telefon”. The word “produkt “ comes to mind as an example of the letter “c” never being used like “k”. Instead, the letter “c” in Bahasa (again, referring to both languages) is pronounced “ch”. My friend’s mom lives in a village in Bali called Cucukan, pronounced “ chu chu kan “ As a vegetarian pretty much the only dish I could ever order was cap cay, pronounced chap chay lol Aside from these things the only mispronunciation that jumped out at me when you were speaking was “Khalid” , the letter “i “ sounds like “ee “ so “Khaleed”. And other than that it was just the stress on certain parts of the word, which you could only know by learning the word. The stresses are little different than how we put the stress on parts of a word in English. But I think even if the stress is misplaced, a native speaker would still know what word is being said. So yea, for not knowing the language at all, you did well! And I appreciate your effort to even try! Please let me know if you have any questions or anything! I love languages and I love helping others, so I’m happy to answer! Now I’d just like to throw in my 2 cents on the subject of the video.... I thought it was strange that the parents would leave after an hour of the ritual or ceremony or whatever it was that the shamans did , to which the parents were invited. Even if they didn’t believe and thought it all hogwash, it was for their daughter! I know I’d be involved in anything and everything if I were in that situation. To be honest, I think the fact that they did not stay is the reason they didn’t get her back in the condition in which she had left.
Exactly. Also someone who watched this video mentioned that an employee supposedly saw Nora go up and down the stairs with ease. I think it’s time to contact her doctor to get the truth. Either she was taken by a third person or someone is lying about how severe her condition actually was. I want to give her parents the benefit of doubt but after reading about the eyewitness seeing her walking easily earlier I don’t know who to believe.
The Malaysian High court today June 16th have now overturned the death by misadventure verdict on her death certificate and have now allowed it to be a open verdict so that the parents can now have the case reopened and the police to investigate how Nora ended up where she did.
Probably the most detailed, informative case you’ve analyzed to date. You asked all the valid questions, disclosed all perspectives and gave an unbiased account of a genuinely mysterious case. I will say, as conjecture, I find the implication of that one researcher that the family is involved somehow in this girls death to be quite unwarranted. Given that there are huge cultural and linguistic barriers these folk had to contend with, it seems quite an unwarranted, even vicious accusation to throw about so carelessly. Imagine losing a special needs child, under these circumstances, in a foreign country where you have no neighbors or friends for support, where many people don’t speak your language, in a jungle….. most parents go frantic losing their kid in a local mall- but imagine this set of circumstances?! To make so many intellectual leaps as to accuse these people is really cruel and illogical. Why would they continue to demand investigation as they do to this day?! If they were involved, they’d have GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT ALREADY- it makes zero sense to continue inquiry and personal financial cost for YEARS after it was deemed accidental, had they themselves had involvement… what I DO hear in this case is that the family did not trust local police in their decisions due to the countless inconsistencies and questionable techniques, so they wanted this examined by, to their judgement, more competent investigators. That reporter throwing around those accusations has no valid support for the claim and I only hope did not further hurt an already broken hearted family. As to what DID happen- well- this has many of the Missing 411 red flags, in which there seems to be some outside involvement that lies outside of conventional logic…
I remember when I first heard about this case. I immediately thought... Yep, another Missing 411... Betcha. And it was. I wonder if we'll ever find out the truth behind this strange phenomena.
Such a sad, senseless case. I can't imagine how frustrated & grieved her poor parents must be. And their last remark was so astute: if our society does not protect the least among us - the most precious and innocent ones like this young girl - then there is not much hope for any of us. God be with her family. 💕💕
I absolutely love your channel and narrations so much! Thank you so much for all your hard work! I hope everyone has a great weekend! Please stay safe, happy and healthy everyone! ❤️❤️
Really great and thorough examination of the evidence. Im not sure that the girl would have ventured into the jungle at night of her own accord, but barring any definitive evidence to the contrary, that's the conclusion requiring the least assumptions, and therefore the most reasonable one. Again, excellent coverage of all the reports.
Excellent video! I really like the format of this one where you are creating discussion points and sharing your thoughts instead of just narrating. I think it really works well and I hope you do many more like this! And thank you for bringing attention to these unsolved cases that shouldn't be written off and forgotten. Keep up the excellent work!
This saddens me so much because it is so true. Once stereotyped as being special needs, an addict/alcoholic or having even the slightest of mental issues seem to be the most disposable citizens!!! No reason for the authorities to dig as deep as they would for any other citizen or even investigate into the issue for any possible hidden clues that would point in a different direction that just may help solve it!!!
What a sad case. These kinds of things are always so disturbing. so many unanswered questions I can't even imagine how the family feels in things like this. I love how you add all the citations now. That's above and beyond what a lot of channels never do. As well as doing very thorough research into each case. Great investigation work. Take care.

It may be nothing but my son has dyspraxia and learning difficulties,he can’t go out alone. He recently went on a trip to the beach with his college, there was a huge dip full of water which he was drawn to. The staff told him not to go near it but said it was like he was drawn to it and blacked out despite them shouting he went to the dip,he ended up in said dip with water up to his neck then awoke and freaked out. This has happened twice now is there a possibility children with learning difficulties are drawn to water?
The staff said it was like he was possessed and not in control of his actions, he had no memory of how he got there. He also has hypermobility which makes it difficult for him to walk far.

Why was the family in Malaysia at a resort in the middle of a pandemic?.... That is kind of weird and if she was afraid to be away from her parents why was she in her own room?....
Adam, you always do a brilliant presentation, & you do so with a great deal of sympathy, understanding & genuine care & concern in all yr cases but esp children & special needs children This is a very infuriating case because of all the misdirection, Changing stories & of events, plus the whole senario of Nora being where she was, very few injuries (esp her feet) it just all seems so tangled up. Ive wondered if she saw some animal she liked & wanted to follow it & did until the animal went off & she lost it & then found she was lost? I know David Paulides did a lengthy investigation of Norahs case, bringing in the similaries of young children going missing & ending up miles away or found in inaccessible places, no marks on them, being found near water & boulders/rocks also being found in an area already searched sometimes twice. Norah case has so many similarities to the Missing 411 its uncanny. I cant add any more because nothing, NOTHING in this case makes any sense, its all too bizarre, unreal, except if you suspend belief & say she was abducted by aliens, looked at then returned or was enticed into a portal for unknown reason then either died so was returned to the area already searched. Its the case of if you take away the impossible then whatever remains, however improbable must be true.
These cases when mentally disabled people disappear are very difficult. In my country, few years ago there was a mostly deaf, mentally disabled 19-yr boy who disappeared and was few days later found in huge biomaterial dumpster behind a mid-sized grocery store located quite far off from his home, but quite close to a center he visited few times a week. The dumpster obviously smelled really bad. Everyone (especially his parents) insisted there was 1) no possibility the boy could/would have gone to this store on his own and 2) no possibility he could/would have entered this smelly dumpster by his own will. Anyhow, based on multiple security cameras, that was exactly what happened.
Yeah I always look carefully at the parents' version of events. They don't want to appear as lazy or neglectful parents so it's always "He would never leave alone" which justifies the parents leaving the kid without supervision and "I only turned my back for a second" which always means a lot more time because literally a second means a kid can only take two steps. Yet the kid is out the door, down the block, and out of sight in a few seconds? Try a few minutes. And the parents claim they didn't hear or see anything. Many parents start to tune out the noises their kids make, so again, parents would tell the media that they didn't hear anything, when in reality they weren't listening.
I get very excited when I see the red dot next to your channel (new video)!!! You always select very poignant and relevant topics and cases regarding the Missing 411 phenomenon and seem to have similar taste as I have for eeriness. I keep seeing comments about her disability and that she wouldn't do this or that....first of all, we don't know what specific disabilities she had and secondly, it wouldn't particularly matter if we did because, believe or not, people with disabilities are still individuals and what one would or wouldn't do says nothing of what Nora would do, even if they share the same condition.
Thank you so much for being the ONLY content provider on you tube to pronounce the word 'foliage' correctly. I would bet you also understand how the words 'nuclear' and 'jewelry' are pronounced as well. Your enunciation of the language we use is excellent, and your accent is in no way detrimental to understanding what you are saying. A big THANKS !
Absolutely brilliant, well researched. I'm stunned how her siblings who she shared a room with never heard anything?. One thing to remember is that the culture over their is totally different to ours. Btw you still haven't said about your accent
But i feel like it is possible maybe the family were involved. The investigators are not suspecting the family at all and have no lead. If the parents refuse to reopen the case then this could bring suspicion to them. I am not trying to accuse the family. But the story they told everyone is just unsettling. The parents brought nora, a physically and mentally challenged girl, from london to malaysia for a vacation in a relatively not so famous rural resort. Even the locals around the area there are not a fan/aware of the resort. First question comes in, why choose a secluded unknown resort 7000miles from home for a girl who cant even walk without assistance? The grandma says nora is socially withdrawn to strangers but is strongly attached to the parents, she never gone anywhere without the parents. As the parent states when the case first started, they last seen nora in her own room at the resort after saying their goodnight. The next morning she was missing and the window was opened. If the family says nora wasnt adventurous and afraid of strangers, wouldn't that mean someone she was familiar to lured her out? Why would the kidnapper go through all the trouble to abduct a girl as tall/big as an average malaysian adult with physical disabilities? She literally had no penny on her and cant walk, kidnappers would have had to carry her through the rocky steep road. The grandma herself said that nora had life insurance. the parents made a gofundme account to allow public to donate money as they are grieving, sued the hotel, and tried to claim the insurance for nora's death. I mean that is what we normally do when a loved one dies. But the whole thing the family says and did just doesnt add up to me and i noticed(ua-cam.com/video/UdUmgWvoh9E/v-deo.html) It just all seems off to me, the father's eyes ... the mother's taking charge and looking up to see if she has got a reaction. for me there is much talk about money and very little real emotion and the mom is the one who do all the talking while the dad just keep quiet in the interview i watch and even when the police are investigating nora case the mom is the one who took charge while the dad is just tagging along plus the police are not allowed to speak with the children when nora first missing and can only gets information based on the mom account. the dad look very suspicious to me and why are the mom so protective of him not allowing him to talk? and who open window at night in tropical climate infested with mosquito so the excuse because the room is hot is bs. the body of nora also had no fingerprint or dna of foreign party except her own family but that cant be use as her family are her carer and the mom stunt to sue the resort for usd30k++ even when her case is weak is suspicious when gofundme is involve where she got more than just mere 30k++ heck the resort should sue her for child neglect. i am not sure if it is true or not but i heard the life insurance is still not settle yet maybe that why she keep claiming the resort did it or police cover up when there is literally no evidence found even by her own country investigator. i can tell you this those who did harm to nora will not live in peace as the way nora died alone in ancient forest will haunt them maybe one day the truth will finally be revealed...
I still can't believe he has only 151,000 followers... that brilliant voice, stellar research, great choice of stories. How is there not at least 500,000!? 😒 Every time I hear "Let's get bizarre" I'm like YES!!!
My thoughts exactly Look at the amount of money they would lose if word got out it was foul play I wonder if they ever did a extended search of the resort’s itself

Agree..❤
if the family did it, why would they have spent the entire investigation telling the police to look into foul play?

To make themselves look innocent. Who else could report her missing in that place?
@@MissingVoidTV i see too much good in people too,i dont think the parents had anything to do with it
Jon Benet Ramsey, and Madeleine McCanns parents both insist on a foul play third party abduction, too, and the latter insists she wouldnt leave on her own to this day. Most of the world believes them guilty. It means nothing. Inventing invisible boogymen to get the eyes off them.
Her case was really sad and scary 😟
Yeah there's no doubt about that. It's quite difficult to write about some of these
My heart sank when I heard the windows were not secure.
As a forensic examiner certified in developmental disabilities I commend you for bringing this case to our attention. I appreciate it. 😷
What I'm struggling with here is; She is special needs, on holiday in a 3rd world country. Shouldn't she have slept in the same room as mom and pop?
Yes I thought the same thing. Even though she supposedly shared the room with siblings, nothing has been said about what they saw/heard.
I had the same thought.
@@grail9558 Something about this story stinks. I hate to blame the parents at all, but something's not right here.
I thought the same exact thing!!
@@jannweitman3803 11:36 It was stated that the siblings heard and saw nothing. Her sister was 12 and her brother 8.

I hoped that you would cover this case. I followed it at the time. It has many 411 markers.
@Robert Anderson Sorry? What do you mean?
@Robert Anderson what?

A lot of media and commentators around the world tend to lazily resort to stereotypes, tropes and other such shortcuts when reporting on events from other countries and regions not their own, consciously or unconsciously.
And he said as his final words, * Ya' know kids, this is the same feeling I felt , when involved in MH370 searched and rescue.....hopelessness and stucked * this tragic loss really made me and my friends feel terrible due our ability to do more than serving drinks at that time.. .. .... ...

Or the parents dont want to admit it
Her feet were majorly injured. MAJORLY!
I have a few questions
Why did you take her out of the country to some jungle hotel.
It's a difficult one, they certainly need lots more care as I'm sure you could educate us all about
there was a report somewhere that the worker said they had seen her running up and down the stairs with no difficulty.
@@darthtripedacus1 right?! 🤦
Parents are partially to blame here imo 🤷♀️
Based on all the descriptions of where she was found, unless the family was REALLY familiar with that jungle, they could not have been involved in my opinion. Additionally the parents continued to question the findings and ask questions - a guilty person would want the case wrapped up quickly - if assumed it was an accident, why question it if they were guilty.
Good point, if they were in anyway involved they’d surly except the polices account?
Needless to say it took a bit of talking to get my stupid ass out of the handcuffs and on my way 🤣
Her feet didn’t have a mark on them. No cuts. No scratches. No bruises. Seems to me there would be such markings going through thick jungle.

Seems to me that it's always a similar situation. Same folklore hallmarks, different culprit. So call it what you will but I think all of these cases are connected somehow. And one has to entertain the idea that there's things at work out there science doesn't exactly except.

My friend’s mom lives in a village in Bali called Cucukan, pronounced “ chu chu kan “
As a vegetarian pretty much the only dish I could ever order was cap cay, pronounced chap chay lol
Aside from these things the only mispronunciation that jumped out at me when you were speaking was “Khalid” , the letter “i “ sounds like “ee “ so “Khaleed”.
I've never heard of this one. Thank you for sharing. When you talked about how she was found as if she was sleeping, broke my heart.

Great channel!
Adam, you always do a brilliant presentation, & you do so with a great deal of sympathy, understanding & genuine care & concern in all yr cases but esp children & special needs children
This is a very infuriating case because of all the misdirection,
Changing stories & of events, plus the whole senario of Nora being where she was, very few injuries (esp her feet) it just all seems so tangled up.
I love your channel and your accent. ❤️
