Is the DF Goblin V2 a CHEAP SUPERCAR?

DF Kit Car has been around for a decade- and their Chevy Cobalt based component car, called the DF Goblin, has become popular in the niche community of affordable exo cart building. But for 2025, the Texas manufacturer introduced a new kit, called the Goblin V2. Instead of using an outdated Cobalt donor, the Goblin V2 will take its internals from the mk7 Volkswagen Golf and potentially other cheap sports cars in the future. Is this the new best cheap supercar slayer?

theres guys on the df goblin forms that DD there goblins so you probably could cross country if you'd like. You'd probably get mk7 gti mpg so about 24 city 30+ hwy

The car can. The question is whether *you* can. Also, the aerodynamics are lousy, so expect considerably less than the donor car.
