    Thank you so very much for doing this practice, I am so grateful to have found your channel. I have listened to this mediation a few times already and all of them I’ve found it to have helped me tremendously. I struggle with being a HSP and having generalized anxiety and constantly being overwhelmed and overstimulated. This helps me soothe and relax myself, it helps me function on my daily life. I am from Brazil, I work in mental health profession and sometimes it gets tough. Sending my best wishes your way ❤
