  • Did you know that there’s one very simple thing you can do to help you achieve maximum performance on the badminton court? This is one thing that is often overlooked, but is such an essential part of a badminton athlete.
    You may have mastered all the basic shots in badminton, and you may have learned the best strategies to use on the court, but you will not be able to reach your full potential if you don’t attend to the demands of your body. One thing that a lot of players tend to neglect is hydration. In this video, I’ll tell you why you cannot play your best if you do not hydrate enough.
    For my picks on the best badminton gear, whether you're looking for rackets, court outfits, or badminton paraphernalia, check out my Amazon storefront!

    Mam kindly clear my doubt, as i used to play badminton in badminton court at 3pm to4.30 pm. While playing due to the heat in court ( am from india), my face getting reddish. But after playing and after face wash my skins turn normal. So getting rediish is normal or do i need to take any thing while playing? Like do i need to apply anything for face???

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion

      Badminton is only played indoors… and good grip of the sole of your rubber shoes would be important so it also depends on the surface your playing on😁🏸

    Eating a banana before or after or both how much time before and after and how much???

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  2 роки тому +1

      U can have the banana anytime and depending on how much of it you would need. If you cramp a lot in different areas, have a bit more but u can also have other light snacks in between matches, like light sandwiches. It really depends on your body, and what you need & what your schedule is 😁🏸

    How do you swing strong without hitting your left leg im right handed coach?

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  2 роки тому +1

      Your right arm and leg has to move like there’s a string attached to it. When u move your arm forward and your leg you’re suppose to swing the racket slightly to the opposite side so u dont hit the dominant leg😁🏸
