What is your understanding of 1 Cor. 12:10, 28 where Paul talks about the spiritual gifts, specifically of prophecy and apostles? I've studies spiritual gifts for quite a few years, but most of the materials are not from a Lutheran perspective. I have come to understand prophecy to be people speaking God's Word as it appears in the Bible. So a pastor could also be called a prophet. But apostle still has me somewhat confused.
