    Hello. I'm new to WiFi speakers, and I'm not sure how it works. Can I connect to the c10 mk2 with just my phones mobile hotspot over mobile data, or does it need to be connected to a router?. Thanks.

      Hey and welcome to WiFi audio. That should work, but you need another unit on the same WiFi network to play on the speaker. But after you have done this and set the presets for example, internetradio or Spotify you don't need another unit to play music on it.

    Have finally ditched Sonos and need a new multiroom system.
    Can I connect different audio pro models to the the same network, for example can I have a C3, A10, A15, and C10 working together?

      Hi,
      That is absolutely possible.
      All of our multiroom speakers work together. Except the G10. The G10 only works with our newer speakers like the C10 MkII, A15, C5 MkII, A28 and A38.

    Forever frustrated with the C10s. Says its connected to iphone12. Yes im fully updated. I have tried over 15 times to follow your instructions. Do you guys even test your app?
    How can u make such a killer speaker but a SHT app?
    I own 2 - C10s
    This is a HUGE PROBLEM and noone in your team gives a SHT.
    Please help!

      I have the same problem with the same speaker. Connection just dropped one day and can’t seem to connect it back. That was three days ago.

    I have a c10 addon and was going to buy the A10 - not Mkii. Will both these speakers play together over wifi? i want the better streaming quality so don't want to use bluetooth. thx

      Hey, yes they will play together. Old and new MkII speakers can also play together, in our app.

    Customer service said I could play all PC-audio throughout the entire multiroom setup by pairing A26 with any of the other multiroom speakers, but I don't see how to stream audio to the other speakers since there is no PC application.
    Did they lie to me?

      Hi Carl,
      We have no windows app for the Audio Pro speakers. You should be able to connect you PC to the speaker with Bluetooth or Cable. Then you are able to group your other speakers to the A26. Then it should play on all the speakers.

    It looks great but it's miserably difficult to try and get it connected to the Wifi. An expensive doorstop.

    Hi … I used wifi by my landlord so I don’t have the router near me. Can I be able to pair 2 audio Pro c10 MK2 via wifi if I only have the password. Please show me. Thanks

      Hey, you only need the password. Just follow the instructions in the app. You can also check wifi strength in the app per speakers after.

    Hello all,
    I have problem connecting my new A26 speakers to my home WIFI, My WIFI has 2,4GHZ too. I followed the instructions in the Audio Pro app: So I start like that: first my phone is connected to my home 2.4GHZ WIFI, I go to the app and choose add speaker. I choose A26, then the app asked me to connect my phone to the WIFI network that was created by the speakers (some Audio Pro network), then when i do it it asks me to choose a WIFI network and put the password for it, then i do it (i chose my home wifi network and password), and then at the end it asks again to connect my phone back to my home WIFI, then it shows "Connecting" and in 1-2 minutes it fails with "connection failed" error. Can you please help with this? I have the GPS location turned on on my phone, also the speakers , the router and my phones are very close to each other. Tried to switch off the mobile data too. Same issue.

      Same happens to me with C10 i have 2 speakers. App is terrible. Worst instructions

    i can connect through the app in my phone but how to wifi connect to my pc?

      Hey, we don't offer any PC-to-speaker application. You can play audio via Apple Music application (iTunes) / airplay.

      ​@@audioprosound useless.....cheap JBL and UE have that. Just bought 4 C3, was hoping to also connect them to the TV. You are just loosing customers for this connectivity issue and the speakers are so good. Maybe you should consider charging the dev team or externalize to get more out of this product. Guessing you see the constant awful app reviews, how are you still not changing things internally ?

      You could use Spotify Connect and then run Spotify on your PC, selecting the speaker as your output device. Works a treat from PC or phone.

    How can I do the same with a macbook pro ?

      Hey, you need the app to setup the speaker for WiFi use, then you can play to it via your Macbook, it shows up as an AirPlay unit.
      You can also set it up without the app connecting it via Bluetooth to your Macbook.

      @@rhys2018 My C10 MK2 dont have an ethernet socket. That would be a great idea and make connection issues much easier. Audio Pro need to think about these things.

      Hey, the Air One was never in our app. The Air One is about 10 years old and only has AirPlay(1) so you can't use Airplay(2) to create a multiroom setup eather. Sorry.

      Hye, the WiFi-password is most common on the under side of your router.

    This is the worst app. I finally got connection.
    Now not. No matter if all aspects ticked off.
    Strange thing is the machine says connection but phone says not.
    I rate this app into the minus and wish I didn’t buy this speaker shouldn’t be this hard and inconvenient.

      Hi, Amanda. I'm not sure if that helps, but I had the same problem. System says - connected, phone show that it's not connected.
      I don't know why but I checked my router setings (it's not easy, but also not so compilcated to get in to the router settings through pc) and in wireless 2.4Ghz settings I changed bandwith from only 20MHz to 20/40MHz (my router offered such option, also only 40Mhz) and now connection works without any glitches.
      Unfortunately I can't put screenshot here, but hope that it's the same problem and you will get everytning in working condition

      Speaker sound is really good, disappointed with app in so many ways.
      If you decide to create a new updated app. it would be tremendous.

    Wow, some very "smart" people decided to get rid of remote, like it was with the 1st vesion of the speakers. This app and wifi control is total crap. I'm going to return this speaker.

      @@audioprosound App is useless, and I don't use it at all. Also, I had to buy Alexa version despite of I'm not alexa user. And, it works just as simple bluetooth speaker, and not forcing me to use Alexa by anyway. Hopefully, this will not be changed. Overall, speaker is great and I'm keeping it :). Thank you.
