I tip my hat to the creators for all of the hard work, time, and effort which it undoubtedly had to have taken designing and building them to get everything to blend together so seamlessly in such a cool and creative manner... you have to respect that. Very cool seeing an awesome smw cape tech level. I feel like we saw more in Mario maker 1. You even busted out the claw grip! But even your claw grip is uniquely Ryu.
On the frostbite level I'm pretty sure I saw cheese using the galoomba before the first checkpoint. I'm assuming that you can normal bounce on it and damage boost your way to the first door using the fire flower. Then kick the galoomba into the yellow blocks and then grab the checkpoint and feather. That's assuming you can spin the yellow blocks by kicking the galoomba though.
In the ice level I feel like for the first part you could just bounce off the spring and run off the ledge? Then double quick bounce and big bounce on the last to catch the cape.
It'd have to be the most well hidden dev exit in history, most of the level looks entirely airtight and only accessible with pulling off a majority of the tech
That ice cape level gave some serious vibes of Carl's weird romhack where... it's ALL CAPE TECH (and crazy cape tech, too). lol No idea if Ryu ever played it.

I think that cape level had a second exit by diving to kill the giant muncher and it probably leads to that one way gate above the goal.
