First my labels were blotchy then it started printing blank pages. I tried the paper soaked in alcohol and ran it through about five times and to my surprise IT WORKED. It's now printing perfectly. I would have bet against it. THANKS

I just got my new 4 xl printer this my second one first one didn't work . I just got the new one yesterday and now this one is printing error. I already had the Dymo download from the previous one so this printing blanks
I really hate how they made the thermal print head hard to clean. Most thermal printers that I have owned have it exposed so you can clean it with a Q-Tip/Cotton ball and rubbing alcohol.
the top of my label always gets cut off
Have you reset your paper roll, as in taking it completely out and feeding it in again?
