If you guys listen to feedback, I would like to suggest to do tough resin or epoxy coating on the printed parts of your products. It should make the pieces more wear-resistant and tougher. A lot of complaints I've read online seem to be of the overall durability of the printed parts so perhaps hardening their durability with a good coat or two before assembly will improve that end dramatically. Also, perhaps hot-swap switch connectors would be better for the button switches. Makes it much easier to buy switches in bulk and replace them when they fail. I'm definitely highly interested in both the Cyro and Cyborg II (wrist issues go figure), but up until now I've not tried buying any of either due to the pricing (Philippines) and the overall durability mentions. It's really hard for me to justify a purchase of that price without assurance it will last like most conventional molded plastic products.
That doesnt look too hard. Do you guys sell the new Hall Effect thumb stick assembly on its own? I would love to upgrade my Cyborg compact v1 with the new thumbstick type.
We don't sell it yet, we were planning to offer it in the store around this time, but it has been postponed for various reasons. Currently we are unable to provide a timeframe for the hall modules
