i have had mine for 4 days now, whoever designed the palm rest needs a raise, ergonomically this is the most comfortable thing i have ever used, i attempted to use my keyboard once last night and it felt so wrong i immediately grabbed my cyborg 2. i wish more people could give this technology a try as i think it would immediately become a more popular choice.

I loosened the thumbs screws just enough. They fell out. The do not go back into the hole they came from. The literal forest thing I tried to do and it broke

I have huge input lag when it comes to WASD, and it is only in this game, normal keyboard works fine, any other buttons work just fine, but WASD not, any help?

Using 3Dprinting allows for these types of products to be made. Also, it allows certain geometries that other manufacturing methods may not. Anyone who talks trash on it, doesn’t understand it.

To bad I can even update my azeron keypad love the product but it's unusable to me.

So I've owned an azeron cyborg for a little over a year and not once did I update any of the firmware or software up till about a week ago and ever since getting the newest firmware/software my azeron stopped working on my console. It still works when plugged into my laptop but not on my xbox. I'm kinda disappointed because I really like gaming with the azeron but now it seems like I have to do something really tedious and confusing to fix it. I hope the next few updates fix this issue.

Hi great product but i have a question ! Lets say you are playing a mmo like wow or thrones of liberty and you press w + a on a normal keyeboard the character runs in between those directions. Can you set up the same effect with the thumbstick or does it only work with 4 directions ?

i hope you made them more resistant because in cyborg, i broke one finger! And you must performed the little thumb not comfortable to click without moving the hand !

You guys should make a video using the redesigned tower keys. To see how easy it is to use them. I always preferred the compact version of the azeron's because I didn't like the towers.

I can’t wait to get mine. I’ve only owned the cyborg 1 for a year but it’s so amazing that when i stumbled upon this I had to order right away at launch! Request: can you bring back pattern grip tape? I went with black because solid colors were the only choice. There’s a market if you allow us to upload a pattern and you turn it into grips. I’d pay good money for that! Or maybe allow us to have template so we can cut with a craft machine from some other grip tape sheet? Can use a cricut machine then if there was a file to use for a template. Or even a 3rd party company? Gotta be some way to get some grip tape patterns that are cut precisely like the solid color ones you have on offer

Is it possible to get a different varient for 1 of the fingers? Like say if I wanted to have 1 button split apart into 2 buttons, 2 omron switches? So essentially a half split. I wouldnt mind rewiring myself but wonder how would the programming side of things be for such a request. Main reason I ask is I would love something for superglides in apex and feel like the movement tech is real hard to pulloff no matter the angle. Timings felt easier for something like a wooting where you could set the actuation pts. But I love the thumbstick so much that I want to make it work for the game.

I wish there had been some kind of preorder / preview process for this model, I ordered a Cyborg two weeks ago and I would have held off had I known.

I love my orig Cyborg, almost 2yrs. Been wanting to get a 2nd one for back up in case this one starts having issues. Looks like I found my 2nd one. One wish I would have is making a palm rest for smaller hands. Being a older, female gamer, there are times even the medium palm rest feels too big. But that is my only issue. With my Cyborg, I can even game in the dark 👍
