Just stumbled on this video--AWESOME! Any issues so far? It would be great if you made a video on how to do all the install and all the parts needed to do it. 😎
@JeremyDelinela No Shunt mod. I got the fuel tank battery on ebay and the shark battery was custom made by Affordable Ebikes Canada. The display works 100% with stock controller, wiring, and you can switch from 60v to 72v in settings.
do you think the stock gen 1 controller will handle 72v? I heard the original and optimized controller are both still 50amp max. I can get 48 MPH on the gen 1 controller with 60V power.
Hey, can you do a video on how you installed those turn signals? I have a MGV3 coming soon and I'd love to upgrade the front and install a pair in the rear.
@moparxclusiveohio9079 I got this one on ebay but Fat Tire House has a nice selection of headlights that can handle 60-80 volts. They are not plug and play on this bike but are fairly simple to wire up.
I’m really seriously considering which of the following 3 e-bikes to purchase, and I’ve got about a month total before I’m planning to buy. 1)Goat power bike, 2)E-cells five star 3)Wired freedom/wired cruiser
@Guitarman007 pretty much any seat can be made to fit. I have a Kanebilt seat for a Super73. The front bolt lined up and I put 2 threaded inserts in the back to mount the seat.
@@_TRI66ER Cool... I measured the Goat seat and it is 18" or so, but the one you mention says it's 19 inches. It fits ok? I'm also interested in the idea of some sort of extended seat beyond back of seat for more comfortable second passenger if possible. I see these screws on the side on the back for a bracket and wondering if they couldn't be used to add support for a seat a few inches longer.
The entire bike is shaking. Roads are rough around here. No problems with the battery mount over 500 miles so far. The top battery has to be latched into place without the key and bottom has to be locked with the key. Don't do those and they will fall off.
@@_TRI66ERthe battery is moving in relation to the bike and its looks a little scary to me. play it at half speed and you can see that it's moving more than the frame. the bike looks awesome but i'm not sure why it's designed like that. looks at this mark ua-cam.com/video/X77SDgicSgk/v-deo.html
@@_TRI66ER i don't doubt that but that jiggling would make me nervous. i have a revv1 and i've never seen it do that. that's a design flaw imo' thats a big bulky battery. that's still a sweet bike and i'm considering buying one.
@R0CKAFELLA Mine had enough problems that I wouldn't buy another. Thankfully, I got the 1st batch discount. After I upgrade the brakes I will be happy with it. I can't believe that they know their packaging isn't able to withstand FedEx abuse but yet they haven't changed it at all. It seems they continue to have more problems. I have 2 other ebikes that had zero issues and no shipping damage.
Damn 51 mph. That’s crazy. Can’t wait for mines to be delivered. Great video btw 🤙🏻
lol same goodluck with it taking forever to get shipped

I got mine last week.
I’ve had it up to 46 mph on flat ground and I weigh 220 lbs

Ok, you got me. 72v battery will be my first effort towards 50+
I like the headlight fairing.
I’m gonna have to get one for my Goat
Can’t wait awesome video brotha

Links to batteries?
Did you complete a shunt mod on your stock controller? Any issues with display reading the 72v battery correctly?

Great video! Does that Kanebilt seat fit without any modifications? I need it asap!. It looks good on there too.

Got my bike yesterday, its all factory now no worries
@@nocoolname32the rear ones don’t come with the bike right?
@@tyronesblack7639 I got mine and it has turn signals front and real factory.
On the 2nd test, are both batteries 72 volts?
Yes dual 72v 20ah.
So 5mph faster although both top speeds were achieved on a downhill. Must feel amazing either way.
@coperyte on the flat part, very slight upward grade, the 72v was 7 mph faster over 60v. The acceleration is very noticeably quicker with 72v.
I was considering buying this bike. Where did you get the headlight from

Can you post a link for the fairing... thanks 👽🤟
Aliexpress has wind shields
They have them on Amazon too.
Just search motorcycle headlight fairing.
Anybody know if there's a better aftermarket seat for this? The stock seat is a bit too squishy flat for me. I need a bit more cushion.

@@_TRI66ER Can that seat hold more weight than the stock Motorgoat seat without flattening out and feeling like you are sitting on the frame?
@Guitarman007 The Kanebilt seat that I have is considerably more comfortable and better made than the stock Goat seat.
