Constructive criticism, it seems like GLaDOS’s base (at the top) is not really centered anywhere specific, and you also can’t hear her moving at all (no whir of electric machines, no moving of metal, etc) I would try to not move the full model and only pose the rig for the animation, as well as maybe get some sounds for her as well. Other than that, this was a really neat animation and especially impressive for Source.
yeah thats right. I've made use of sequences that come with the model and tried to fit the dialogue, thats the reason why she looks like shes not in the center. This is far from being finished so i didnt put much thought on this. Most of the effort went into scene building. Thanks!
As someone who both finished the original Blade Runner and Portal 2 recently I have to say that this is amazing! I do hope you could’ve done Chell but the speech was more centered around Roy so it doesn’t make much of a difference. Anyways, loved it! Hope you do more!
I feel like just an ambient video with her in the rain just moving occasionally would be really relaxing to look at. Just the sound of rain mixed with some mechanical noises and this amazing animation.

also i was just focused on he voice being in the scene at the sound design phase and didnt really bother to put her mechanical sounds

how did you do the rain, and the shiny wet-like texture on GLaDOS?
The rain is a particle effect, I’ve used multiple of them and then I used $phongboost and $phongexponent on glados as a material override

@@stringnull I’m not sure if I remember but I think the phongboost is around 20-50 and the phong exponent is all the way to 100
