Nice Vid Gregg! I hope you keep this one long enough for me to try once I'm healed. Wanted this pedal for a long time, but haven't been able to try one.
@@shredaintdead9323 _I love this demo you did! I’m looking to make a few demos as recently, I was pulling off Obituary tones and old school Morbid Angel tones. 🎃 Just super thick as it cranks!_
Nice riffing. You might want to check your manual. On mine the switch in the top position is the higher treble boost setting. Mid is flat. Bottom position is more of a mid boost. I love this pedal. Gives me Priest, Sabbath and Queen in a box (in front of a overdriven amp or pedal).
I already knew about this pedal because some guy(GB) kept telling me about it!! Great vid really breaks it down, nice capture of the different tones. Man that DSL 20 is something else eh.
I tell everyone that the TI Boost is as close as anyone can get to the Original sound of the Dallas Rangemaster despite it not using a Germanium Transistor the TI uses Silicon Transistors. I also have the Anologman Beano boost which is a nice Pedal the only drawback is it can be a Bit Noisy because of the NOS Germanium Transistor. But Hey! that's what noise gates are for right:)
well your iconic video convinced me to buy that amp- this video just convinced me to buy this pedal., im not a pedal guy., minimal at best- but always loved the thickening aspect of a treble boost., well done :)
You forgot to show your amp settings, I can’t be left to figure out how to dial in my amp all by myself! I depend on you for such things! Great demo as always but you could make an old Crate amp and a Metal Zone sound good though. Just sayin!
Excellent demo. Very nice playing. Best demo I've seen so far on this pedal, and I now want one.
Thanks! It's a killer pedal!
Hey guys! Signal chain for this was esp e2 into marshall dsl20hr set to low gain and into my engl 2x12 with v30s micd with sm57
Nice Vid Gregg! I hope you keep this one long enough for me to try once I'm healed. Wanted this pedal for a long time, but haven't been able to try one.
Thanks dude! Definitely keeping this one. Once you're healed up I'll bring in to the shop!
Very nice demo! That boost is perfect and really makes those EMGs shine. 👍
Thanks! It's an awesome pedal!
$200 but we’ll worth it! It doesn’t add much bite but makes a low gain amp come alive!
Totally agree!

Thanks dude! Very killer pedal indeed
does it do Brian May solo tones as well?
I really need to check this pedal out. Sounds great. I’m really digging it in that down position. Thicc and rich sounding. Excellent video, man 🔥
Thanks dude! It's such a killer and unique pedal! Total must own
I would roll off some highs there, other then that pretty articulate tone in low end. \m/
I'm not a huge pedal guy. But that guitar is nice. I love blue guitars.
Thanks! Same here!
I have one if these and love it. Been slowly working on my version of it.
I'd definitely like to check your version of this pedal out sometime!

Thanks! Glad I could help you find some great new gear!!!
I’ve had the ti boost for a couple of years now ( old news ) . Lol , only joking its a great and very useful pedal for sure .
Old news that nobody read! Haha. Yeah awesome pedal and very versatile
Where to purchase I’m having trouble finding these on sale
I found mine on reverb
@@shredaintdead9323 my card keeps getting declined on reverb there getting from London
I like it a lot on crunchy rhythm, less on the leads.
Well then just crunch it up!
😍😍 i like that
It likes you 😉

Just put your gain real low on the dsl20 and adjust pedal from there. Boom!
You Boosty boosty boost boy!
Haha
What is that on that Les Paul copy? Spoiled milk? Will it clean off?
