    Evap Foam “no rinse” is a high performance, heavy duty detergent, specifically formulated with special surfactants and alkaline cleaners that have been developed into a foaming, no-rinse product. The aerosol product can be sprayed either right side up or upside down, and is ideal for use on most coils, but particularly suited for cooling or evaporator coils.
    Evap Foam will liquefy dirt, grease, oil, and other residues quickly and easily. Since it is fortified with corrosion inhibitors, it is safe for use on metals and other materials. The product’s fast-breaking foam is completely self-rinsing. Simply spray Evap Foam on the coil and the foam will wash the emulsified matter off. The aerosol product is NSF registered for use as a coil cleaner in and around food processing areas, and helps leave the area deodorized with a pleasant lemon scent.

    @gomaster A big Thank you from India. I have Samsung AC. The servicing guys charged me good money and the only thing they did was use a painting brush to clean the dust from unit. A complete ripoff. Then I decided to do it my self. Your video is simple and easy to follow. Thanks again.

    Hello . I have a question for you .
    My split AC has no on/off switch. Meaning i only turn it on and off using the remote control. Im worried about getting the circuit on the right of the AC electrocuted or fried while washing the coils with a coil solution and water. Should i be worried, or is it safe to clean the AC as long as i am sure it does not get turned on while cleaning ? "i.e NO ONE TOUCHES THE REMOTE xD "
    Thanks !

      Find the circuit breaker to the circuit of the AC in the flat/house. That switch should be turned off, otherwise the unit is still under electricity even if it is not operated! Check with the remote that you cannot turn it on afterwards so to be safe. If not, only then you should start cleaning the unit.
      I would as well make it sure that it dries well after cleaning, or make sure that the electric components are covered before cleaning. This way you can avoid shorting the circuits, ergo ruining the whole AC (or causing fire that could destroy your home).

      It definitely has one. They are usually located near the outside unit in a small protected cabinet. If you are unable to find that switch, you can always open the circuit breaker for the unit in your main circuit panel.

    hi, any idea why the air is flowing only on the half side and the other half side is so weak? i have a Daikin Split type aircon..

    • @TorontoMavens
      @TorontoMavens  6 років тому +1

      it's very simple-as soon as the coil gets blocked with dust and mold the air isnwt blown out of the unit equally...you need to make a good
      cleaning,as it shown in this video
      remove all dust and dirt from inside the coil and the problem will dissapear

    Do we need to empty the gas from external unit while opening the internal unit for cleaning?
    My service guy says we have to empty the gas and then he charges me bomb for refilling the gas again!
