Hey guys!!! After a much needed UA-cam break I was thrilled to see this video at the top of my notifications. It was also quite the image to see Nat (aka little orphan Annie lol) wearing that red backpack cover. I’m sure at the time it was looking like the rain was going to keep you guys from making a great video but sometimes greatness comes from things going a bit sideways and this is one of those times. Anyone can use an umbrella in the rain. It takes a special someone to rock the bright red rain beanie. It was great to see that even in all that rain you guys never stopped smiling and didn’t lose you sense of humor. And you also got some great shots of a very beautiful and historic city with some amazing architecture. I like the fact that it’s a city that can be taken in by foot and not by car, bus or train like so many big cities. Hope you guys are doing well and staying safe. I love Providence, I went to school in the downtown area (right next to the Providence Performing Arts Center so you must have walked right by it). Shame the rain ruined a lot of the day plans but there's so much to do and truly is a walking city.
We’ve never been to Rhode Island. The coffee milk looked interesting (possibly a tad sweet!). Man did it rain! The skies look menacing. The carousel looked beautiful! Good to know what everything to see is in close proximity! Happy New Year to both of you. 🍻

Take a city bus to RWP (Roger Williams Park) it’s only $2. Federal has great food known historically as a Little Italy then theres that weinny joint in Olneyville.

There actually aren't any laws that prohibit drones being flown in the city (that I'm aware of) as long as you're following all FAA flight regulations. I am always sure to check local drone regulations and airspace before flying. -Matt

you know, a day bus pass might have helped a lot, bus throughout the city for a one time payment downloadable on the app also, alot of us who walk from KP walk under the tunnel or through the convention then mall and the state house is right there

Where are you planning on going in Idaho? I recommend Coeur d’Alene and not Southern Idaho. It is much prettier in the Pacific Northwest. Oh…very cool! I didn’t realize that you already made it to Idaho. We just changed up our channel a little bit so if you do check it out, it is called Americans at Large and (my) Matt 😉 is having to re-upload all of our videos but he should be done soon. There are a couple on there, but I saw that you’re going to the OR coast soon and we were just there a couple of months ago & that is one video that he needs to publish again.
For the big ones (Alaska & Hawaii) we had more time, but since we both have other jobs that require us to be back home between trips, we typically had to limit our time in each state to 1-2 days.
Providence looks to be as boring as hell. Don't think I want to go there at all. No offense, but if I lived there it would actually make trips to other destinations look more exciting. I live in a boring place myself. I'm not saying that Providence is a bad place to live, neither is where I live now. But I need more to draw me to places than table-soccer and a park.

Take a city bus to RWP (Roger Williams Park) it’s only $2. Federal has great food known historically as a Little Italy then theres that weinny joint in Olneyville.

Wow, I am living in Providence and can’t believe you weren’t sited for using a drone in the city.
There actually aren't any laws that prohibit drones being flown in the city (that I'm aware of) as long as you're following all FAA flight regulations. I am always sure to check local drone regulations and airspace before flying. -Matt

Do you just spend one day in each state? Whats your process?
For the big ones (Alaska & Hawaii) we had more time, but since we both have other jobs that require us to be back home between trips, we typically had to limit our time in each state to 1-2 days.

Providence looks to be as boring as hell. Don't think I want to go there at all. No offense, but if I lived there it would actually make trips to other destinations look more exciting. I live in a boring place myself. I'm not saying that Providence is a bad place to live, neither is where I live now. But I need more to draw me to places than table-soccer and a park.
