these dewalt nail guns do require some regulare repairs to keep them running. springs, drivers and axis is the most common parts to replace. as well as the trigger problem.

You're connecting rod probably is broken inside... It is the only part inside that is made out of plastic😅 i had the same issue.. Open it up and fix it.

Bacon grease is what we use at our shop. We have a local pork butcher that renders the fat for us, and then filters it.
We have to pump it into quart jugs, but it's cheap cheap cheap!!!
