Now then mate! Nice stuff as always. My Hong Konger SO has instructed me to tell you if you wanna spice it up a bit more, go for peanut oil for the wok oil and a little bit of shaoxing wine in the marinade or before you dress with sesame oil (you'll get them at any chinese shop). Proper nice.
I’ve been raking my brains where I might have seen you. Now I’ve seen the video it all falls in to place. Last time I went to a Chinese takeaway in Borough Road to my my curry. The hatch opened between the kitchen and front of house to pass my curry through. All I could see was hairy arms and white latex gloves. 😀 Thanks chef for another great recipe and xiè.xiè. 👏
Ment to say, if you are ever I the Middlesbrough Sainsburys, they sell Dry Fruit Samosas. They are in the world food section and taste like a spicy Eccles cake. I know you said that you're not a fan of raisins but the filling is sorta smushed with other stuff. Anyway, I would love to know how to make these if you ever get a chance to pull the recipe apart and fancy sharing your wisdom. Cheers Chef, have a goos un.👍

Thanks chef, one of my favourites and easy to make.

Good recipe, I've done very similar a lot of times. I put a lot less oyster sauce in cause it can be a bit too overpowering
