Doc shows the new mini stream sluice and runs lots of gold through it. The new mini sluice comes with several options including leg kits and power head. This is great sluice for backpacking or accessing remote areas.
For quality and price point, a person really can't go wrong!! Great product Doc!!

Hmmm .. I was able to make your original stream sluice into a backpack sluice. Used a big game backpack, Able to carry two buckets, a classifier, lunch and a shovel.
...and do you also carry a rifle for protection from bears.?
hey DOC i did roughly this same set up 3 yrs ago with UR and river hog i think it cought 2.5g after the big sluice we had i got a case of beer and we had a bbq cuz your matts are so nice thank you sir
Hey Doc, been watching backpack sluice manufacturers to see what's available. Stumbled on Keene. Never have I laughed so much. How he can sell those products he produces is beyond me. Personally, I think he salts everything he sells, allegedly. His definitions usually get a "what did he just say?" So I've bought several of your pieces and systems, and now that mini sluice is looking might good to me. As a trucker, I frequent parking by rivers and streams. That mini is gonna work perfect and not take up as much space as your big sluice. Thanks for great equipment, definitions, and how to videos.
Doc I've followed Gold Hog for years and you never stop offering quality products. I bought a piglet in 2019 and have never used a gold recovery system that wears me out like the piglet. For 1 person to keep up with is a job . It's awesome ! This new product will be just what the Dr ordered lol . Help on those far off the beaten path Arizona desert trips I love .

JUST the thing to throw onto my pack to hike up the hill to process unworked ground. Ray-in-Juneau needs to be told about this for his upcoming trip to Greenland. A 5 man crew makes a POWERFUL lot of concentrates every day.

I have the Piglet Flare with all the bells n whistles & DO NOT REGRET purchasing it. As big as I consider the piglet "mini sluice" to be, it is not practical in some places that this Mini Stream Sluice might actually work really well in. That pump you're using is the same bilge pump as I use for the Gold Cube so I feel like it would definitely be perfect for that size! Another good lookin product, Doc! No go run some in the real life river for another entertaining video. ;) Go to Loud Mine.

Oh that system looks like something that would be just perferct for my next summers mining at my new claim. Too bad the claim cost so much that cant afford to buy such a thing. Propably have to just build something.
Definitely put the option for the hose, pump and battery connections I think.

Too bad I built my pair of "minis" 6 years ago.
Mine are 8'x30", running from top to bottom, 1x-scrubber/2x-razorback/2x-downdraft. Yours is much more refined than mine are. But mine are "working prototypes"
They only get "blown out" in spring flows. They fit well in the jeep and are light enough to pack in to most of the areas I poke around in.

I have the big stream sluice and the power pig still havent got a pump yet to try out the power pig but i know they work great.

DOC, now please make a micro highbanker 6" inches wide, that uses a Honda WX-10, 1" inch waterpump. Call it the "Micro Pocket Pig" highbanker.
Doc would this sluice & flood header work with a twin foot powered bilge pump system? as any sort of motorised pump is illegal in two states of Australia.

can you try out run times using an Ecoflow battery using the 12 volt car adapter port? i would love to see how that would go, as thats how i want to run my Multi Sluice unit.

here in washington we can not use pumps at a river or a creek at all
Set up near a creek, hand dig a 20 gallon depression and line it with plastic. Siphon 10 or 20 gallons from the stream and recirculate.
