Good morning Jason and the rest of the Flour Gold Wizards team 😎 , It's 5:30 am on a Sunday and I'm watching this awesome video while getting ready to head out and finish my motorcycle m2 license course and become a legit rider. Now I can jump on the bike with my gold pans and gear and head north next weekend to prospect. 😁🍺🇺🇲✌🇨🇦👍
I’d highly suggest at the top of the bucket put a 90° elbow to the side, dumping into the bucket with a hose. Into both the bucket water, and the stream once the water starts to pull it should also be free of air and also pull vacuum, which will draw water up out of the creek so you don’t have to constantly fill the bucket. It’s actually pretty sweet. Just thinking about it seeing your design. just build a basic siphon from the stream
outdoors activity with friends, fresh air, lots of work and satisfactions. Thanks for sharing! I enjoy that much gold searching along the rivers and creeks with my sons in Piedmont region in Italy, with all the gold that the waters bring down from the Alps.
That is so cool! No carrying heavy batteries, pumps 😎🍻 I can't believe I never thought of that,I did that years ago when I had a pump go on an evap cooler but with a quarter inch hole .

If you put 2, 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch siphon tubes in your bucket and dig a hole on the side of the high banker to put them in, you won't need to keep dumping buckets of water in the top bucket.
@@FlourgoldWizards ~No, he means put the siphon hoses over the top of (feeding) the 5 gallon bucket. But I know what you mean, the water might back out of the 5 gallon bucket going in the opposite direction. ~If a person wants to syphon, the best way is to siphon directly into the highbanker 'without' the 5 gallon bucket because it's lower being easier to siphon (from the river) when lower.
That doesn't mean no pumps. It just means no pumps driven or powered by gas, lpg or diesel generators. Use an electric recirculating pump plugged into an electric generator recharged by solar or buy one that hooks to a car/marine battery posts. All of it recirculating from a large bin on shore. Easy peazy lemon squeezy
Great video , awesome gold , wonder if you reduce the size of the fitting on the bottom of gravity bucket it would take less water and work just as well , love the idea good job ,,,Bill

Gold prospecting in Wisconsin
Targeting flour gold and small gold flakes. Techniques including the use of gold pans , gold sluices , gold cubes and other equipment involved in gold prospecting and gold mining.
Small creeks , rivers and beaches all provide enough placer gold to keep mining equipment busy !!!

Great work Rigby!! LOL
Another excellent video as usual!!!
He’s the man!!!! Well , kinda…🐺🤣
If you put 2, 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch siphon tubes in your bucket and dig a hole on the side of the high banker to put them in, you won't need to keep dumping buckets of water in the top bucket.
The water would drain out of the pail like that wouldn’t it ?

~No, he means put the siphon hoses over the top of (feeding) the 5 gallon bucket. But I know what you mean, the water might back out of the 5 gallon bucket going in the opposite direction.
~If a person wants to syphon, the best way is to siphon directly into the highbanker 'without' the 5 gallon bucket because it's lower being easier to siphon (from the river) when lower.
Possibly use one of those hand siphon pumps to empty fish tanks, but feed it into the high banker?
Great idea! The state has outlawed motorized Sluices in Washington. This might allow me to work the flower gold at Cape Disappointment.
Thanks, Bill
Good luck !!🍀👍🏻
That doesn't mean no pumps. It just means no pumps driven or powered by gas, lpg or diesel generators. Use an electric recirculating pump plugged into an electric generator recharged by solar or buy one that hooks to a car/marine battery posts. All of it recirculating from a large bin on shore. Easy peazy lemon squeezy
New guy with a Wisconsin picker. Nice day out 👍
The rookie scores !!!!!
Loved spending 25 minutes with ya on the Creek.
👍🏻🍻✅
That was an interesting setup😎👍
A couple tweeks and it’s gonna be stellar !!!!

Lol
Lol…. Or a stretchy one 🤣🤣🍻🍻🍻
That’s awesome.
I honestly didn’t know there was gold in Wisconsin.
I’m from Cali and just got back into prospecting for Gold.
Good times.
Thanks for watching! 😃✌️
Great video , awesome gold , wonder if you reduce the size of the fitting on the bottom of gravity bucket it would take less water and work just as well , love the idea good job ,,,Bill
I assume that because i lost little to no gold the water flow is close to perfect for that size mat … 30 seconds is actually a decent amount of time in between pails , not even hard work!!!!!
@@FlourgoldWizards I think its awesome idea , glad you shared

Looks good man! I really like the highbanker setup without any pump! Greetings
Thanks and greetings!!!!! It works really well !!!!
Awesome idea! Highbankers are banned where I live (Such a stupid rule) so this would be a good work around.
Nice gold too :)
We are in the same boat !!!! Thanks for watching and commenting!!
I have the same high banker a good lithium battery that's small and 2200 gph pump. Works awsome. But in a pinch or in a area you can't use motors this would be great awesome video buddy.
That banker is a quality built unit !!!!!
@@FlourgoldWizards I use the heck out of mine.. on the wash top I glued in v matting so you can get to see if some gold is catching and going through.
Good morning Good video. Keep up the good work

Good team-work. creative gold box. keep the spirit and success always, greetings from your friend traditional Indonesian gold miner ️🇲🇨🌟⛏️⛏️
Thank you!!’
Hey Jason, like your invention ! No motor, batteries, or pump to operate the high banker. Seems to work pretty good. Keep you busy though. Thanks for the adventure my friend !! 🤠⚒⛏👍👍🍺🍺😎
Busy is what we do !!!!! Thanks Allen ✌️🍻👍🏻
Wouldn't the cleanup sluice work a little bit better with that low flow water system
Yes but in Wisconsin we’re not allowed to have mechanical equipment!!!!
Well I couldn't get there in time. It's a long
way from Galveston to Wisconsin, I made me a rocker box, I've never used it but it is supposed to work good in 3 to 4 feet still water. I just look at it,it folds up or down and is adjustable high or low. The really cool part is I made it from Red oak and stainless steel so at least i looks cool. You are falling
down on the job, Chris or your wife got a rock of the week.
There were cool rocks all over too !!!! Im ashamed…✌️🍻🤣
