@Lastlyy You make good videos, I like it. Also, I would like to point out your drawbacks. The topic is Air India, you deviated from the topic at 17:07 0nwards. Same as you did in your previous video - Bengaluru Airport (11:36 onwards). This deviation wasn't observed in other videos.
One thing is missing that Air India has taken the initiative to tackle pilot shortage by starting Asia's biggest flying school in my city Amravati (Maharashtra), and said to be operational by 2025-2026🎉🔥
Great video Mayank! Indian civil aviation will only become a tougher field with the introduction of more high speed rail lines. Flights under an hour or two will start losing passengers to high speed rail. This is of course, assuming that HSR is taken up soon in other regions. I'm way more excited to travel on a train over a flight, so my bias is clear :P
rail can never compete with airlines planes fly at 800kmph fastest train will be 300kmph there is no comparison unless fares are drastically low which we know will not be
@@nodehead9475 any flight under two hours long can easily replaced with a train. Considering the time required to travel to airports outside the city, check in, security, boarding, deboarding, luggage collection and the return travel, trains are basically the same duration, for lower the cost, higher flexibility and higher luggage allowance. There's a reason multiple countries are banning short haul/domestic flights. Of course, no one is asking for the banning of international/long haul flights here.
@@pranavbalakrishnan5302 the only problem is if a planes takes me there in half the time in comparable cost why will i ever choose a train use your brain, trains will never compare in total time traveled maybe in short distances like delhi to agra or delhi and delhi to haridwar but i would rather just pay a 1000 bucks more to save time on routes like delhi to chandigarh i will never trade time for a 10% discount
The competition will only get stiffer when Mag-Lev is introduced in India like in Japan & China. But the technology to construct it is immensely expensive per mile currently and will make flying cheaper in comparison so it will be more cost effective to build smaller airports in towns and smaller cities for inter city connectivity as an alternative to HSR.
Allahabad being the important part of indian aviation history but Allahabad lost somewhere in current aviation map. now only few flights are operating, I hope Allahabad ( Now Prayagraj) become the good part of aviation soon
Buying planes is the easy part! But becoming a top 5 airline in the world is the hardest part for Air India!!! Customer service ratings for the airlines are below average and both the ground staff & flight crew need massive mindshift and training on that front! You are also overlooking some American carriers with larger FLEETS than Air India - even after the 250 Airbus and 220 Boeings purchase. Size and networks don’t matter anymore it’s quality of total end to end service. And as usual Tatas hire Firangis to run a desi airline ( almost all Tata Enterprises have had Firangis in the years since 1930 till 1965) and it’s a Kiwi who ran Scoot for Singapore Airlines. He has not only a cultural challenge to master but integrating four mishmash airlines together to make a cohesive working unit will take decades! Good luck Air India. 🙏
Sir Please make a video of Bangalore MAR Road between Mysore road and Magadi Road 10.7km.. which also is part of PRR2 connecting Hosur Road, Kanakapura Road , Mysore Road, Magadi Road, Tumkur Road.. a tender was floated to prepare DPR for PRR2..
Air India gave me the worst experience. I thought I’d give it a try from NYC to Delhi it was bad. Every screens were not working. So I was watching two movies on my phone back to back. Flight attendant didn’t even bother to ask and plugged his phone on the socket under my seat. Hope they improve their current fleet or upgrade completely.
for your kind information 5:06 himalayan airlines was establish on 2014, Nepal-China joint venture International Airlines (Tibetan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Company Ltd. (TCADIC) and Yeti World Investment Pvt. Ltd.). so please research well and publish . It is not an indian indipedent airline.

can the Capital outlay be funded via commission or tax on a per delivery like a toll on a road? Can new neighborhoods have a central tool warehouse as an amenity funded by HOA fees incentivizing their install in the first place. Paying for that last mile is an upfront cost that will need various models that have to fit the value proposition that'll be needed to convince someone to pick up the bill for this.
History will repeat again the way Tata's management is handling by removing experienced staff and hiring inexperienced new staff "Rise and fall and rise and fall"

What a shame that we in Pakistan are out sourcing our major airports , and selling our National air carrier, because we as nation have failed to manage any institutions and organizations, whereas our neighbor is exponentially booming with aviational activity.

The whole nation cheered when TATA sons bought back air India!
I agree, but Congress never liked it -unfortunately. From now on politicians cannot buy Economy ticket and travel First class.
The whole nation cheered because Air India was privatized. That was the right step forward for the nation.
