Underwater World of Cebu - Save Our Seas Short Clip

This was taken in Talima Fish Sanctuary in Cebu during an open water scuba diving trip. Cebu is one the best dive spots in the world. However, it's people and government must advocate strict and stringent policies in the protection of it's marine ecosystem. It's population must not dump their rubbish in its waterways. A destruction that cannot be reversed.
