New intro burnout was nice, also I think a little water in the intake isn't too bad the air box usually has a drain as water from rain and roads will turn into a mist and get in.
The owner manual says: Never wash or rinse the engine while it is hot or running; water in the running engine may cause internal damage.
Show where in the owner manual it say that

correct I did mine -2022 F-150 and got check engine light on, dealer had to replace a couple of sensors. now I leave it dirty ..jajajaja
