She was looking for a stepping stone out of that controlling, abusive marriage with the new guy. Alot of women in those situation do that to have support and safety in leaving the control freak. Unfortunately if you get caught, it can turn deadly.

Could the unknow male DNA be a hitman? Barry left to the hotel to have an alibi. He dumped her bike and helmet in different locations to provide a red herring; as if she went for a bike ride and went missing.

@Hᵤᵣₜ Fₑₑ Fₑₑ'ₛ Bₐₖₑᵣy so you think a person deserves to be murdered for infidelity? What kind of barbaric belief system is that? You must be a fan of Sharia law
Did he ever go looking for his wife as most people would do if a family member had gone missing? What about a search party in the flatter areas???? Why would he suggest that he hoped she would have returned now that her body has been found??? He really thought she would just pop back up after 3 years??? Who thinks that way??? Most compelling and damning information I found on this case: "Within a month of Suzanne disappearing, Barry began making arrangements to liquidate their shared assets, according to an arrest affidavit concerning his detainment. On June 1, 2020, Barry petitioned for guardianship in their native of Hamilton County, Indiana, of Suzanne for him to act as her guardian. The filing allowed Barry to sign documents on his missing wife's behalf and sell their properties in Indiana and Colorado, per the document. To enforce his claim, Barry wrote that Suzanne was "deemed incapacitated under Indiana Law because she cannot be located under reasonable inquiry." Five days later, on June 6, 2020, Barry sold the couple's property in Arcadia, Indiana, for $750,000. Then, the following month, a series of deposits were made out to Barry totaling $70,000 and he sold Suzanne's Range Rover for an undisclosed sum. He also later sold an undeveloped lot at Longhorn Ranch for $150,000, and then, in March 2021, he sold the couple's home where Suzanne was believed to have vanished from for $1.62million."
Im glad you covered this case Dr. Grande. It was so upsetting to learn that he had been let off. I do believe he is guilty, but planned it so well that he left that unknown male DNA at every critical location. Reasonable doubt won the day and a murderer walks. I pray her body is found but highly unlikely.
I hope she is found one day and gets justice. Her and her family should have a place to put her to rest and have a place to grieve. I can’t imagine the not knowing and the frustration. The victim blaming in this comment section is disgusting.
Dang. That SOB gets off. That’s really sad for Suzanne and her family. I hope he is all twisted up inside, but I suspect sadly not as that requires a conscience.
That family even the daughters seem off. I wonder if he told them he accidentally killed her? So instead of loosing both parents they decided to stick with there father. That would make sense why it feels so odd and fake watching them. It just seems like they are acting to me,watching them, all 3 of them. Gives me a bullshit feeling. I see no true emotion and I don’t know why..
I think Barry did it, but, filing a lawsuit against the police might be something an innocent person might do. Putting myself in his place, I'd rather lie low if I were guilty, but would tend to feel more outraged and want vindication if I were innocent. As far as the unknown male DNA goes, maybe Suzanne was having more than one affair? Maybe the phantom lover did it. Don't they have teenage daughters? Who knows who may have visited the home? They could have had guys over who may have left it behind. As far as Barry saying that God did it to Suzanne, God doesn't work that way, but it might be a clue as to Barry's own state of mind in terms of feeling justified in killing his wife.
"God doesn't work that way" and yet natural disasters that kill thousands of people are acts of God. So if you believe in God it have to admit he loves a good killing.
There were cameras at the house so any visitors would’ve been recorded. Also, seems he filed the suit “because” that’s what an innocent person would be expected to do.
I struggle to get worked up about spouses murdering their cheating husband or wife. Yes, I accept that it's wrong and that they deserve to be prosecuted, but I think we can all agree that cheating one your spouse for two years is begging for some kind of ugly retaliation. That certainly doesn't justify a negative response, but I understand why this guy was so angry. Here's a tip folks, if your spouse wants out of the marriage, just let them go. You both deserve to be with someone that wants to spend time with you.
I live in Scotland . We very rarely have problems with chipmunks, but I recently had a rat crawl out of my solar water feature in my patio that nearly gave me a heart attack. What does that mean? does it connect me to a crime?
It's always the spouse. Cheating ISN'T a death sentence. Obviously, it's not right, but it should never be used against a victim. I seriously do respect our justice system - but sometimes...dayyumm! It's always what the defense teams do in these cases and it's awful. Dr Grande, I will never know how you do it with a straight face...You're SO funny!!!! I've never watched a single video from you that didn't have at least 2 very funny things. They were fed up with each other but neither of them wanted to give up that big beautiful house. So sad for Suzanne, but also for Barry since he is now a liar and a murderer.
A divorce wouldn't had gone well for her either, she told him it's over and that's the most dangerous time for a wife of a narcissist. To say just get a divorce to a women in her situation is so ......
@@chaoswitch1974 I can promise he doesn’t love them. He’s using their unconditional love so that he looks innocent. If one had evidences that he was guilty he would make them disappear to. He was cheating on her way before she started.
Apparently, Barry likes to chase quite a few things. He chases/follows Elk, Chipmunks, chases alibis, stories, bikes, bike helmets, animals that he can tranquilize, landscaping jobs, random trash bags for random trash cans, chases phones, chases things while turning his phone on airplane mode, chases hotel rooms with bleach, etc. Let's not forget the MOST obvious fact: The LAST PERSON WHO SHE WAS WITH WAS the CHIPMUNK CHASER BARRY himself in that home. That is the last person and place that she was seen. NO ONE else saw her. Not even her daughters. His word is the last word on her whereabouts.
I haven't even watched, however....He's GUILTY as hell!!! The evidence, circumstantial and all; his behavior. The dumping of "trash" in multiple trash cans (his wife, in pieces). C'mon shooting chipmunks?; show me the bodies. His cell phone records....FOLLOW his path. Add in his wife's infidelity= the Last Straw. HE KILLED HER. He cut her up. He threw her away.
Barry is one lucky dude isn't he? He appears to be guilty but is apparently getting away with it and used Suzanne's inheritance to fund his pricey defense. I hope they find Suzanne some day.
The guy worked his entire laugh to build a business and provide for his family. Perhaps he wouldn't have snapped if she had simply divorced him before cheating for 2 years.
Hi Dr. Grande, I am wondering just how many cacti you have killed? I no longer see any live plants in your background. Here is a tip.....water only once a month.😅
In most cases talking to police will be wise to clear an innocent person. And to not talk could create suspicion for an innocent person. In Australia, 1991, there was a child sexual offender active who had abducted young girls. He was suspected of abducting Karmein Chan who was later found murdered. The police and media called on the public to nominate a suspect. 27,000 men were named (including myself) of these, 73 were charged with an offence. 73 in 27,000 works out to 1 man charged per 370 men named. According to police, an anonomous person wrote to them saying I should be investigated. Police arrived at my door and said what they were investigating. They asked expected questions like my name, where I was at the time etc, etc, etc I had nothing to hide so I answered. Then 1 police man said "What's in here" walked straight past me and started searching my house. He then asked where I got normal things in my house. Then asked where I got a typewriter. I said I bought it from the school where I worked (they were becoming obsolete) He then said he suspected it was stolen and they would contact my work. I still don't know if it is best to talk to police or not as both can backfire. I was not even allowed to know what the letter said so it is hard to defend myself. I know I had done no wrong.
@@diegonatan6301 Lawyers cost money. I still don't think there is much chance that an innocent man would end up being charged. It is the damage done to a man's reputation that is more of a problem. With that case the media was telling what a success the investigation was how nests of pedos were being uncovered. But the statistics showed otherwise. Sometime it seems to be a plan to create innuendo so others will come out of the woodwork with more information.
This case is so frustrating. Barry is so creepy, and I feel guilty of murdering poor Suzanne. I don’t think they will ever find her..😢 And the daughters being gone that weekend only adds to the mystery? It feels like he gaslights everyone that comes near him. In my opinion, he’s guilty as heck!
It seems that he is already in his own hell, maybe he initially thought he could get rid of his ‘problem’ and live his life happily like nothing happened. I’m wondering where the boyfriend is in all this?
Never talk to the police, you have the right to remain silent. Everything you say, can and will be used against you. The police are allowed to lie to you and say anything they wish, which is highly unethical. This needs to change.
I agree with never talk to the police. They are NOT there to help you! Coming from a family of attorneys, it took me awhile to understand this, but it is the truth.
Came back to rewatch this analysis again since the discovery of her remains days ago. I hope we will get an update from Dr. Grande when he feels so inclined to do so. Thanks for all you do doctor
I think it’s much more likely he strangled her to death than shot her with a tranquilizer gun. He had the tools, time, and ability to hide her body well. I hope she’s recovered.
I agree! I think he did have something to do with her death, the problem is, the circumstantial evidence is way too thin, to obtain a conviction. Even I, thinking he is guilty, would have to vote not-guilty if I was on the jury, based on the evidence is too thin to prove guilt!
Let's talk about how much money Suzanne inherited. Let's talk about the tranquilizer Cap in the dryer. Let's talk about this was Mother's Day. Let's talk about all the fingernail scratches on Barry's hands and arms and how he told 2 people that he could hide a body and no one would ever find it. I hope and pray he is locked up and never hurts another human. We need to be Suzanne's voice. Justice for Suzanne!!!!! Much love to the Moorman Family!
Let's talk about how many lies you apparently fully believe from Internet sleuths and UA-cam creators. 🙄 this case had the most non-truth I've ever seen
Her money was invested in the house, they had plenty of other money, the random cap in dryer had only her fingerprints on it and could've been from her port, the scratches were fabricated and photo shopped a month after the fact by a UA-camr, and I doubt he ever said that to Morgan and if he did it was way before this ever went down. Best to stick to the absolute facts when evaluating someone's guilt
He is absolutely guilty and the only person in the world who had a motive. Just because the prosecution doesn't have enough evidence to convict him doesn't mean he is innocent.
You dont think the guy cheating on his wife with this adulterer also had a motive? Maybe to end their relationship before his wife and 6 kids found out?
@@jamesc5751 No, and he really did have an alibi. Do you really think the cops didn't check that out? That guy loved Suzanne and they had been to school together. Barry on the other hand had an affair (one among many) with a married woman back in Indiana and was run out of town by her husband who threatened to kill Barry if he ' leave town
PLus Barry has all the hallmarks of an abusive husband - coercive control etc and Suzanne was planning to leave him. He would have to pay her back th $500,000 she had put into that house from her inheritance. Barry had little money of his own. Suzanne never wanted to move to Colorado and didn't like that ugly house but was bullied into helping him buy it. And with abusive men they can have affairs and treat you like dirt but the woman can't, and they will never let you leave and will do whatever it takes to stop you, they'd rather kill you than take that blow to their narcissism. She was looking for a stepping stone out of that controlling, abusive marriage with the new guy. Alot of women in those situation do that to have support and safety in leaving the control freak. Unfortunately if you get caught, it can turn deadly.
That would make sense, if the lover had been going to leave his wife and six kids for her. No evidence that happened.
This dude offed his Wife. But I was screaming from the beginning of the filing of the case that it was too early. They just didn't seem to have enough info. And although there are lots of murder convictions without a body, it's still dang tough. And that's how it seemed to play out. They dismissed it only when they thought they had a lead on finding her. What about a search party in the flatter areas????
Why would he suggest that he hoped she would have returned now that her body has been found??? He really thought she would just pop back up after 3 years??? Who thinks that way???
Most compelling and damning information I found on this case:
"Within a month of Suzanne disappearing, Barry began making arrangements to liquidate their shared assets, according to an arrest affidavit concerning his detainment.
On June 1, 2020, Barry petitioned for guardianship in their native of Hamilton County, Indiana, of Suzanne for him to act as her guardian.
The filing allowed Barry to sign documents on his missing wife's behalf and sell their properties in Indiana and Colorado, per the document.
To enforce his claim, Barry wrote that Suzanne was "deemed incapacitated under Indiana Law because she cannot be located under reasonable inquiry."
Five days later, on June 6, 2020, Barry sold the couple's property in Arcadia, Indiana, for $750,000.
He will be charged again for this. It was released without prejudice.
@@musicismagic3001 He CAN be charged if new evidence surfaces, ie her body.

It’s also what a narcissist would do.
good observations!
Could the police not have checked the house for chipmunk DNA?
Oh god, don't tell me... the police don't have any chipmunk DNA on file.
25% of people in the USA would be dead if all cheaters died. Divorce is definitely a better idea than cheating or murder.

Good evening Dr Grande, excellent analysis. As always I learn something new from your videos.
Have a wonderful Thursday.
It is not "talking to police" it is "talking to police without a lawyer", what you did was stupid, but you are lucky...
I'm guessing that you are lacking in both a legal degree and common sense.
