Liang Tang Yuan is a steamed-food paradise at Sims Vista Food Centre. Since 2014, Mr. Yang and his wife have been preparing over 30 steamed dishes with love and care. Their steamed soups, claypot, rice and seafood dishes are fresh, tasty and nourishing. Don't miss their Four Treasures Seafood hotplate and their chicken with cordyceps soup.

Mr. Tan Ah Qiang's Tai Dong stall has served Teochew-style Lor Ark for 40 years. Now in Sims Vista, it still attracts old customers from Boat Quay. The braised pork, tofu, egg, and peanuts in shiny sauce make people queue early. The stall also has special dishes like cabbage with dried pig skin, satisfying its loyal fans with traditional flavor.

Enjoy a culinary journey at Hao Qing Xiang AMK 628 in Sims Vista, where Mr. Tan Deng Kew's handmade delicacies await food lovers. Starting at 4 am at the original 628 Ang Mo Kio Food Centre, he prepares his second outlet with fresh treats by 6 am. Try the yam cake with yam chunks and dried shrimps, the tapioca cake with coconut, and the glutinous rice with mushrooms, Chinese sausages, and dried shrimps. Warong Hjh Kamisah serves Javanese cuisine since 1948. Mr. Kamsari, or 'Botak', makes everything from scratch. Try Mee Rebus, Lontong, Mee Soto, or Penyet. Enjoy big portions of ikan or ayam penyet with tofu, tomatoes, and veggies.

The # 1 stall there! Warong Hjh Kamisah - early morning, mee rebus or mee siam or longtong with 2 fried eggs! LOL The best in town. And for lunch, ikan penyet is really super good.
